Delivered a £24.99 running top (which I paid) with an £11.99 sports direct label on it! Then found the shoulder seams not sewn up. Not impressed.

Hermes put my parcel in my refuse bin which was uplifted so now my parcel is away to the refuse dump. What are you going to do about this for me. Thanks

On Friday 1st of March I ordered boots from what I thought was a very reliable company Karrimor. I am still wearing Karrimor boots bought about 10-12 years ago and they only now beginning to wear out. That's why I looked to replace them with another pair from Karrimor. The next thing I knew I received an email from Sports Direct who clearly now own Karrimor. How cowardly to use the name - to hide behind this name. I would never order from Sports Direct - never. I tried to cancel my order immediately but was told this wasn't possible and that the order was being processed. Now a pair of boots is on its way and I'm sure the quality will be good but I'm sickened to have fallen into the trap of spending my hard-earned money with Sports Direct. I'm sure there are many other customers who have fallen for this. I'm unable to continue with this review as the delivery has not been made.

I ordered the products on Friday and paid £6.99 for delivery next day. I waited in all day Saturday but they did not turn up. The good were delivered on Monday 2 days later. Not acceptable. I have asked for my £6.99 back.

Paid £9.99 plus next day delivery, only to receive it with a massive discount label stating 4.99... Still charged full price... What a joke. Clear plastic was crumpled so impossible to use touch screen, had to fill it with socks to fix it

I have been overcharged extortionately I am trying to send an email to the company for socks I paid £12.99 per pack. I ordered 2 packs. Plus £6.99 for delivery then they arrived with retail stickers on marked down to 2 packs for £10.. so I want a refund and an apology

I bought a pair of shoes for £59.99. They arrived promptly but in a box marked "50% off" and with a price of £29.99. So I was charged double the current price. I returned the shoes and will not deal with this organisation again.

I was big fan of Karrimor for years, good quality clothes for good price until last week. I decided to buy two dry bags 10l I received just one with invoice for just one. Second disappointing thing was that I pay 9.99 each and on box I received price was 4.99 reduce to clear. Looks like I got real bargain I pay for two received one pays 9.99 each when cost just 4.99 . What happened to you Karrimor Team????????

I received my order yesterday, only to find that , when I opened the parcel, the item was marked with a large price tag stating that it cost half what I had been charged for it. I tried phoning immediately and asked questions on your Facebook. Since I have had no reply , I phoned my credit card provider , John Lewis . They are sending me forms to fill in so that I can find some redress for this matter , if indeed I can get no satisfaction from you otherwise. Perhaps you can sort out this matter for me. Otherwise, I shall proceed through John Lewis with my complaint and shall not buy from you again , which is sad as I have been very satisfied with Karrimor previously. I sent you a photo yesterday to your Facebook page.

Had a pair of karrimor boots that the eyelet snapped in half but haven’t used the boots much. Customer services don’t want to know as I don’t have proof of purchase. Very disappointed as all I wanted was a replacement eyelet and I’d take the boots locally for repair.

I bought new Karrimore Resolve runners in good faith. Had problems with them. Contacted Karrimore costumer service waited days and still no reply. Very disappointed. Awful costumer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They are part of Sports Direct who have no consideration for their customers. I wrote a comment on this site 2 weeks ago about the fact I had paid full price for gloves receiving like others half price ticket. They have not had the decency to reply to my email .

Ladies and Gentlemen, I wish you all the best for the new year. Unfortunately, I come to you with a disappointed information. I ordered a jacket from you on the website of Karrimor. I have been quite satisfied with the brand so far. When I removed the jacket from the packaging, I noticed a 50% discount as a pendant noticed. I took advantage of this opportunity and found that I can get the jacket at a different provider also at 50% cheaper. I would like to ask you, what can we do so that I as a customer get a fair transaction. Otherwise, I would return the jacket because I bought a product at a wrong price. I bought these boots for my son for Christmas paying £149.99. They were put away then duly wrapped. My son has opened them this morning and he found a big pink sticker I hadn't noticed saying up to 50% off only £74.99! I am so disappointed that my son has thought I had paid half the price for the boots. Furthermore, I am left feeling i should have only paid the lesser amount

When the goods arrived they had labels stating reduced to 50%. When I contacted customer service they refused to refund the difference ( £20). I found this as very poor service. This was my first purchase from Karrimor and it will be my last.

Bought a Karrimor fleece from the website for £39.99. When it arrived it had a tag inside it saying 50% off and it was down to £19.99, yet they’d happily charged me £39.99! They had the cheek to send me the price it was meant to be but yet charged me full! Not happy with this at all and have contacted customer services
