“I ordered quite a few meals and so far have eaten two. The Moussaka and the Lasagne. Both were so delicious I would definitely order again. I am looking forward to trying the other meals. The cost was higher than other ready to eat meals but these are by far better quality and very tasty”

“I still haven't received refund for food not received placed 28th November then immediately tried to cancel while in fulfillment stage 4 days passed then since then it has been in out for delivery mistake was I typed an correct address made the change on website to go to my woolworths milkrun office in Surry hills . Today is 14dec. Still says out for delivery. When can I get my refund?”

“The gluten-free options were great to bring with me on a trip to stay with a friend who is celiac. We had great, very tasty meals together which required minimal preparation meaning more time to be out and about. Lovely and will do it again.”

“I tried Providoor for the first time based on their promotion of food from well known chefs. So, let's deal with delivery first. The box my frozen products arrived in had seen much better days, and had burst on one side. While I'm all for reuse, this one was well past it's use by date. Now to what was inside. One of the products - French onion soup - was completely thawed. This was slightly inexplicable to me, as everything else was rock solid. So far, not great. Now, let's talk about the quality of the food bearing in mind my order was a mix of chef-based meals only. Mostly I've been impressed. Apart from the duck and Davidson plum spring rolls that I had to ditch, as they weren't so great. So far, the potato gratin and the South Indian chicken curry have been standouts. Noting I haven't quite finished trialling my order yet. Would I order again. Probably not, due to delivery standards. But it was worth trying I guess.”

“We have enjoyed all the food we have received. The service, prompt delivery have been excellent. The only thing is I wish I could return the chill bags and gel filled chilled sheets. I tried leaving a note with the courier to please take to no avail. I hate putting in to landfill. Is there somewhere I can return please or another suggestion. Kate Sauer”
