“I love the cupboard handles however I ordered a total of 30 door handles and only received 27 screws to attach them to my cupboards. Not only were there an uneven amount I should have received 60 screws. Not only has it been inconvenient as we can’t finish the job but we are having trouble finding the right length screw and are having to pay extra money when the handlers have already cost more than $400.
I’ve also ordered more handles from you do it will be interesting to see how many screws we get”
“I ordered a few items online on a Sunday and realised i had ordered something incorrectly. I called at 0815 Monday morning and was placed on hold then hung up on. I called back and got through to someone who said that it was possible to change the item and to wait for an email. At 1445 that afternoon i had recieved an email saying that the order had been dispatched yet the item had not been changed. I called again at 1530 to try and rectify the issue. I was put on hold twice and hung up on twice before i finally got through and was told that the item had been allegedly dispatched before i called at 0815. I was able to go into the store and change the item in person and delivery of the initial items was very efficient.”
“Wasn't a great experience and I wouldn't have written a public review if not for multiple emails from Keeler badgering me to write a review.
Online order placed late Saturday after close of business. Emailed the following day requesting an amendment to the order and called Monday to confirm order had been updated. Was advised that my order had already been submitted to the supplier without the requested ammendment but not to worry as the cancelled items could be returned.
When collecting my products I wasted half an hour with a staff member trying to push a restocking fee on me because supplier orders are placed before anyone checks emails.”
“1. Employee had no idea how parliament hinges/wide throw hinges work. Insisted I was wrong in how they work. I wasn't wrong and had to go back and purchase them.
2) chose door handles from display - only to be told they are discontinued.
3) ordered 2 door handles. Rang back same day to add 1 more. When delivered they hadn't added the extra 1. Had to wait 2 weeks for the sedition one.
4) nothing seems to be in stock. Everything I have purchased to date had to be ordered.”
“Was lead to believe 1 to 2 days to start delivery, rang a week later not in stock will send out mid next week, rang back end of week not in stock yet , will send out when ready.”
“On both occasions I visited I experienced a surly and unhelpful staff member who barely looked up from his computer. When another staff member heard me asking questions they came over and helpfully assisted.”
“Messed up the delivery. My name was not on invoice so AusPost held at post office for 2 weeks. Finally they showed up and I had to prove parcel was mine by showing my purchase invoice on my phone. If I had not been home at the time parcel would have been returned to NSW. The name on invoice was actually the hardware shop name (not Keeler)”
“The service at Keeler Hardware was very disappointing. The only person who seemed to know what they were doing was Percy. He was very pleasant and tried hard, however it was almost impossible to get him on the phone. I also did not receive the correct advice regarding handles. The handles I wanted were not going to be in stock until January which is much too late and there is general disinterest from a customer service perspective. My refund was at least processed quickly and efficiently and that's pretty much the best thing I can say. Extremely disappointing - from a business that has been operating as long as Keeler I expected more and won't be returning. An opinion I've expressed on several social media groups. Do better.”
“I have no idea where this consigment is, it could not be sent to a PO Box so I gave a street address in Broome, no tracking nothing has been received”

The customer service on both times I went was terrible.
Had a hand held up to my face when I asked a question. The fellow who served me didn’t move from his seat just pointed in the direction of the product I was looking for.
Whilst the products a great I think I will take my business elsewhere as I am sure I can find the same quality somewhere else and have a smile thrown in for free”
“Myself and my partner have bought few things from keeler. They have a good range of product but terrible customer service. Been on the phone to sales, put on hold for a good while, and hung up on. 3 times. Sent wrong item once. Been spoken to with condescending and sarcastic tone.”
“Ordered door hardware almost 1 month ago delivery to the Central Coast from Sydney. Haven’t received goods as yet. Contact made with Keeler hardware and postal carrier still no response to where my goods are???”
“Ordered 5 items online on 2-Sept. Advised one product cannot be supplied and offered alternative on 3-Sept - I accept replacement. Advised another product cannot be supplied and offered alternative on 6-Sept - I accept refund for this item and agree to rest of order being sent. Items dispatched 13-Sept. Items arrived 15-Sept but one item isn't what I ordered - I contact Keeler by email. 16-Sept I get email from Keeler asking for photo. 20-Sept photo sent to Keeler. 26-Sept photo and follow-up sent to Keeler as no response. 28-Sept I get asked to write this review but still no response to my emails/photos about problem. Keeler have made a small order into quite a difficult process and I'm not happy about it.”
