Being an architect I have been dealing with Keeler Hardware for years and years. I found the website with great interest, however the website still needs a lot of work. Many items are incorrectly priced which you only find out when you check out and many items listed simply are not available which you only find out a week later and have the hassle of a refund and much embarrassment with clients. A pity because for decades Keeler Hardware has been the go to specialty hardware supplier.

ordered goods invoiced 19/08 and still have not received them even though your correspondence suggests the goods have been delivered...will i ever get the items ordered? Joe 0418565642

I am unable to review the item as I am still waiting on the delivery nearly a fortnight later. Next expected date 3 days time.

What should I write, my order has been cancelled as the product wasn’t in stock? Ofcourse I got refund but If it’s not in stock why the website shows in stock? Waste of time!

I purchased 31 handles/ spent $700 on handles for our kitchen. After the product was delayed twice the handles arrived, there was a problem with just 1 of them. Helga in customer service was rude and dismissive. Only after I pushed back insisting the issue did she begrudgingly half attempt at resolving the issue. I was met with a short blunt response. Will not purchase from this company again if this is how they treat customers

Ordered an item and did not come with all components required. Called and was told to send email, sent email to the correct email address and heard nothing, called again and told didn’t receive my email. Email sent again, HD to wait until end of the week finally received email back saying Keelet was following up the ‘suppler’. No resolution to date, crappy service so far

I asked for advice on which parts to buy, and it turned out to be the wrong parts. the internet said it was in stock and when I called to find out when I would get delivery, I was told they were waiting for it to arrive from the supplier. To their credit, they expedited delivery when I pointed all this out. I needed extra parts to make it work, and ordered them from elsewhere

I wanted 2 hinges and received 1. The price was 6 times the price of a hinge from an ebay seller in Sydney. Thank you, but no thank you.

The staff are friendly and keep you up to date with your order. We ordered metal numbers and have had a lot of trouble with them falling apart, unfortunately even after emailing photos of whats happened and also phoning Keeler's we have not had any response to the matter. If someone had gotten back to us about the faulty numbers then I would have absolutely given 5/5. AS I have emailed 2 sep[erate people and phoned another and had no response the best I can do is 2/5 and thats for the handling of the out of stock products.

Item was ordered well on time, and it was shown as 'in stock' and delivery was in Sydney itself and still when I checked after 5 days, I was informed that the item would be ready after 5 more days, and then it will be shipped. Basically an item which was shown as ready to ship on the website, will reach you only after 2 weeks which is not heard of. My 2 star rating is because they refunded without making any fuzz when I cancelled the order.

Keeler should use inventory software for automatic reordering and to show customers what is in stock. This is really important since if I order an item I do not know if will be shipped the next day or if it will take one or two weeks to get from the manufacturer. Also Keeler should offer Australia Post Express Post shipping option so that a parcel can come from Sydney to Adelaide in two days, not one to two weeks. I ended up buying most of my stuff from MrWindows.com.au in Queensland (yes, significantly more expensive than Keeler) as they had real-time inventory display and Express Post shipping. I needed stuff quickly to repair an apartment to rent. Time is money.

The sales staff are great however the over all service is really poor. My product was handed to me without checking specific instructions on the invoice. Boxes from other suppliers need to be opened and checked. After many attempts to obtain correct fixing screws and considerable client embarrassment and delay with couriers from Perth losing items I gave up. I approached another retailer to get two correct fixing screws sent by overnight courier. Fixed in one day not weeks. Never again will I use your company. I am an architect and you have lost my business for good. It is ultimately your responsibility to hand over the correct hardware to customers especially when specific details are noted on your sales invoice. Sol Wilk

Look, their service was fine, but they have a 20% restocking fee (and that's their choice it's their business). I will never buy from them again. Basically a $30 product cost me shipping both ways of $10-ish (I expected to pay that) when I returned it because it was wrong (that was my fault) then a 20% penalty. So yep, service OK, but NO will definitely never buy from them again.

Sent me the incorrect part number. Was on hold for 10 minutes, got cut off, called waited another 10 minutes - No answer,so hung up and dialled another number, got through that time!!
