“On both occasions I visited I experienced a surly and unhelpful staff member who barely looked up from his computer. When another staff member heard me asking questions they came over and helpfully assisted.”
“Messed up the delivery. My name was not on invoice so AusPost held at post office for 2 weeks. Finally they showed up and I had to prove parcel was mine by showing my purchase invoice on my phone. If I had not been home at the time parcel would have been returned to NSW. The name on invoice was actually the hardware shop name (not Keeler)”
“The service at Keeler Hardware was very disappointing. The only person who seemed to know what they were doing was Percy. He was very pleasant and tried hard, however it was almost impossible to get him on the phone. I also did not receive the correct advice regarding handles. The handles I wanted were not going to be in stock until January which is much too late and there is general disinterest from a customer service perspective. My refund was at least processed quickly and efficiently and that's pretty much the best thing I can say. Extremely disappointing - from a business that has been operating as long as Keeler I expected more and won't be returning. An opinion I've expressed on several social media groups. Do better.”

Had a hand held up to my face when I asked a question. The fellow who served me didn’t move from his seat just pointed in the direction of the product I was looking for.
Whilst the products a great I think I will take my business elsewhere as I am sure I can find the same quality somewhere else and have a smile thrown in for free”
“Myself and my partner have bought few things from keeler. They have a good range of product but terrible customer service. Been on the phone to sales, put on hold for a good while, and hung up on. 3 times. Sent wrong item once. Been spoken to with condescending and sarcastic tone.”

“Ordered 5 items online on 2-Sept. Advised one product cannot be supplied and offered alternative on 3-Sept - I accept replacement. Advised another product cannot be supplied and offered alternative on 6-Sept - I accept refund for this item and agree to rest of order being sent. Items dispatched 13-Sept. Items arrived 15-Sept but one item isn't what I ordered - I contact Keeler by email. 16-Sept I get email from Keeler asking for photo. 20-Sept photo sent to Keeler. 26-Sept photo and follow-up sent to Keeler as no response. 28-Sept I get asked to write this review but still no response to my emails/photos about problem. Keeler have made a small order into quite a difficult process and I'm not happy about it.”
“Being an architect I have been dealing with Keeler Hardware for years and years. I found the website with great interest, however the website still needs a lot of work. Many items are incorrectly priced which you only find out when you check out and many items listed simply are not available which you only find out a week later and have the hassle of a refund and much embarrassment with clients.
A pity because for decades Keeler Hardware has been the go to specialty hardware supplier.”

“I purchased 31 handles/ spent $700 on handles for our kitchen. After the product was delayed twice the handles arrived, there was a problem with just 1 of them. Helga in customer service was rude and dismissive. Only after I pushed back insisting the issue did she begrudgingly half attempt at resolving the issue. I was met with a short blunt response.
Will not purchase from this company again if this is how they treat customers”
“Ordered an item and did not come with all components required. Called and was told to send email, sent email to the correct email address and heard nothing, called again and told didn’t receive my email. Email sent again, HD to wait until end of the week finally received email back saying Keelet was following up the ‘suppler’. No resolution to date, crappy service so far”
“I asked for advice on which parts to buy, and it turned out to be the wrong parts. the internet said it was in stock and when I called to find out when I would get delivery, I was told they were waiting for it to arrive from the supplier. To their credit, they expedited delivery when I pointed all this out. I needed extra parts to make it work, and ordered them from elsewhere”
