“Very happy with service and efficiency - delivering on time to the outback in Queensland. Have dropped a star because they promised free delivery for orders over $200. I ordered over $300 and was charged for delivery, which I paid.
I've dropped another star because, having contacted them on their website about that issue, they never got back to me.”
“Very happy with the service. Sadly I accideny chose a 2024 wine when I was after a 2023 and returning / exchanging was proving difficult so close to
Christmas.
Thank you”
“I love dealing with this company as they do fantastic deals on French champagnes and Rose' wines. Delivery is always quick to the Gold Coast and never ever damaged. Thank you to the KSC team 😉”
“Great wine at good prices but be careful of the delivery method . If you don’t pay for express delivery ( or have a concierge!) there is a reasonable chance your order will end up at the local Post Office .. with all the in efficiencies of collection”
“Picked up a case of individually giftboxed Moet for 20% less than I could find it elsewhere. Arrived the next day. Perfect result. Will be shopping here again!”
“My purchase was seamless and quick. It was a gift that was specifically requested, and while I was nervous about the delivery of fine glasses without damage, everything was perfect.”
