I calibrated my meter for the proper Ketone strips and set date properly and I keep getting an error code E-U. I can't find what that code even means and out of 10 test strips 6 have failed with this code even using the code strip provided. I just ordered another set of 50 ketone strips and if this keeps happening I'm going to make a youtube video on this meter not working correctly.

I’ve measured my ketone levels regularly for a few years, I was looking forward to this product because of its cost savings, and after meeting Mr. Mojo at a low-carb conference this summer in San Diego. But unfortunately, Keto Mojo measures extremely high in relation to my Precision Xtra. The same is true for someone who also purchased a Keto Mojo and compared it to my Precision Xtra. I ordered new strips and the same thing happened. I suppose the Precision Xtra could be the inaccurate device, but I tend to doubt it since the levels on the Keto Mojo are so high even when I’m eating enough carbs to come very close to kicking me out of nutritional ketosis. I’m curious to hear the company’s response to my review. I’d like to become a happy customer. Thanks. Brian@gurwitzlaw.co

I was so very excited to order this product! Unfortunately, I probably will not ever use it again. I went through the included 10 ketone strips within a week and only received four readings. The machine would always register weird error messages or nothing at all. The same goes for the blood glucose strips. It takes me a minimum of four to get a reading. Most readings I have to repeat multiple times because the machine has given me an error OR it gave me a reading of a 30. Weird, right? A 30? Anyway... I am diabetic, so I have been using meters for a very long time - many different kinds of meters -- so I really do not believe it was operator error. It is just not a very consistent or reliable machine. Sadly

my meter is showing erratic BG levels. I had a very high reading of 155 ( I am usually int he 80's and low 90's)...then I did 5 in a row and they ranged from 155 to 91 to 83 to 96 102 105. I am not comfortable using it any more. I am sorry, because I also just ordered more tabs, and I am wondering if the readings have been off all along. I did check and even replace batteries and make sure my finger was clean.

This monitor is very off on readings and the strips are hard to get to accept blood. Overall a rip-off.

Items were missing from my initial order. When I reported it I incorrectly reported one bottle of strips more than was missing. When I informed the owner he shamed me. I did not have to inform him, and would have been happy to of paid for it but thought it was poor customer service to embarrass me over it, after they did indeed not send me everything they were supposed to . When I told him I thought it was poor customer service he got upset with me, And canceled my account, returning my initial payment, and not returning my next message. It was not a positive experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone else. I have not left reviews about them on any other posts, as I gave him the benefit of the doubt, that he did not give me

When some items didn’t arrive with my order I asked about them. I was incorrect about one item, and told the CSR as soon as I realized. . They shamed me for it and when I called them on their customer service, they got upset told me they were the owner, refunded my money, canceled my account, and Refuse to respond further. I cannot see Why I would want to have anyone I care about have the same experience

1$ a strip is way too much. Find a way to bring costs down and I definitely would as I have several friends who are keto. Until then though ketostix are good enough.
