I am really disappointed in Keto-Mojo. I appreciate the concept, but I am electromagnetic hypersensitive (EHS). Once the batteries are installed, it constantly emits a radio frequency (RF) signal that negatively affects my health. I have no reason to use their phone app to plot my progress. I just want it to measure my blood sugar and ketones and give me the results, without broadcasting it into the air. It would be nice if I could trade in my current model for one that operates without Bluetooth radio communication. But alas, they don't exist.

The service was extremely deficient. Also, the meter kit bought just before this order does not work well. I don’t get to get blood out of my fingers, not even using the deepest penetration level for the lancet device, and I have wasted many strips as a consequence. I am a rather young lady, so my skin shouldn’t be as taugh as not being able to get blood out.

Very large swings in glucose from same single price. UP to 20 points off when checked with proven monitor. Twice it's been 20 points immediately back to back. I cant trust the glucose reading ever. Ketone seems stable

Blood glucose meter was way off on the low side. Almost dangerously so and the company says it's not an issue and no refunds will be issued.

I cannot open your app on my phone. I have to manually enter my numbers on my computer. This is unacceptable. I've done everything you've suggested, but your app still will not open.

The meter wouldn't sync to the app and I contacted you multiple times. The meter should have been replaced and it never was. As a company you suck! Also, when I buy my next meter it will not be a ketomojo. Again, you suck!

Test strips and devices even instructions book have black line on them. And when while testing during the countdown it will shut off and you have to do it again. That’s wasting money on strips and my blood. I emailed to customers service asked for a replacement and send them all the photos. They asked for videos “to prove” I reply I don’t have videos taken as I do not expect the device to be shut off while counting down. Still no response from them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Lancing device was missing from my kit. Requested one be shipped to me. Never heard from customer service. So my kit is still in the box.

Please make it very clear upfront that there are no returns if package is opened to view contents. I never would have purchased it had I known. I will sell and find other options.

I just get tired over the problems with synking the Keto-Mojo to the app. It says that it measure data in the future but the date and time and country were just right, it was not in the future. And this problem only occurs early in the mornings. And because of that i used up a lot of expensive sticks Many. many conversations with the support but they couldnt solve the problem. I get tired of that and quit the conversation. Now i am not using the Keto-mojo before 7 in the morning, it looks that this is the problem. But the support sucks!

i bought two units a while back. i tried to use them and everything was expired. i ordered new test strips and solution and though it tests ok. my readings are very off. i sent information on the vin number of the test strips and no response. so i have all this money invested in something that doesnt work.

I opened only one box of strips ... there were only 55 strips in the box: 11 of 5 ea. I ordered several boxes but only opened one... the one I am using. My last order, the same thing happened. No, I am not going to take pictures. I am tired of this nonsense.
