It's started out well, the lance that is included with the kit wasn't very good. I ordered to other one off of the website and it worked great. However, I can't log into the app to upload my reading and I can't get a hold of anyone for help. Very disappointed.

Tried contacting customer service for help connecting and pairing my meter. Tried the chat and also left a voicemail. No response. Need a live human being to walk me through the issues, because the video is not helpful. No calls returned. Very disappointed.

I received a pack of 60 ketone strips that were all bad. Customer service refused to replace them despite putting me through extensive steps of testing and video taping. When I successively demonstrated the strips were bad they said oh we can send you a new meter that has 20 ketone strips with it. So basically they don't want to replace all the strips because of how expensive they are. They prefer me to eat the cost of their defective product. Other packs I have received in the past worked fine but this pack was definitely bad and not able to detect ketones. To be so cheap and not replace a clearly defective product just tells me they do not put the customer first nor do they value their repeat customers. Really pathetic guys.

my keto mojo has been having issues syncing. I reached out several times to support. They have ignored my emails. Keto sticks are expensive, and with the device not working properly, a real waste of money. Sad because I really used to like it.

Device was delivered and I took one glocose sample test then inserted the Ketone sample strip but the monitor device did not recognize the strip. I tried four Keytone strips and three more glucose strips. None of them would turn the device on after only one successful test, nor were they recognized if I turned the device on with the strip in the monitor. I called the customer service number and left a message, as instructed, but a recorded message encouraged to send a complaints by email for faster service??? How can emails be faster than a customer service rep on the phone?? I have not heard back from the telephone message. I don’t want to spend days sending and receiving emails back-and-forth to resolve the issue. I am going to send the device back for a refund. I even waited specifically between the instructed customer service hours to leave my message, but there was never a person to answer on the other end.

First, I must admit I am technically not so handy. For me this device is really not user friendly. The User 's Manual is confusing. Difficult set up of the device, especially the lancet device. Finally, I managed to set up. But, I did not succeed to do any test until now. No results are shown on the screen. It' s all confusing. I also bought Accu Check Guide, which to me is a lot more user friendly.

I wanted glucose test strips and ended up with ketone strips. It seems all wrong that ketone strips are baby blue. Just not happy.

Unfortunately the blood glucose accuracy of my unit is dismal. It consistently measures about 15 points, not percentage, points high. I’ve tested multiple batches of strips with the same result. So, I have to use a separate glucose meter and strips. I have no idea if the ketone measurements are accurate. Disappointed.

I'm a homebound severely disabled veteran. All I asked for was a simple app update/fix. They referred me to a convoluted website help area that doesn't answer my original request. I'm visually impaired, how insulting it is to be sent to a reference that doesn't answer my question, it only hurts my eyes to read it.

I'm having trouble with it not reading my glucose at all. I've tried calling but no return call.It does read my key tones. At this point I'm disappointed.please help. I've wasted several of my test strips trying for reading

The last time I messaged in about my last broken meter I had a similar experience. The individual answering doesn’t seem to understand the product very well, and answers back to you as if you’re trying to pull one over. I then last year asked for another human to talk to and Michelle fixed and took care of everything. This time a year later my meter won’t register my strips, I show by video this by placing the strip into the meter and it won’t beep. And yes the sound was on, as it beeped when I turned the meter on. I displayed a comparison on my husbands meter as I placed the strips on his meter it beeped. Like it has for the last 2 years I have used this product every single day. I then also asked for the replacement, if it could be shipped the fastest possible, and was told the standard shipping would be just as good. Since I am in Canada then I have to wait additionally for my brokerage and transport to me in Canada so now I’ll be with out a meter for 3-4 weeks… I like this product however your customer support needs some great improvement.
