I’m still waiting for delivery from my 4/28/2025 order. Expected delivery was 5/21/25, yet no delivery and it’s 5/26/2025.

I didn't get the product. Ups send Ketomojo to a place that I don't have chance to take. It doesn't feel right at all! Give me money back or send mojo to my home!!

I keep getting error message E11 even though I've changed to new batteries twice it happens immediately when I put the strip in I think I have a defective unit and I sent an email and I also went on chat and never got a response I've never been able to use it once since I received it

I received an oder of Ketone test strips that had a very short expiration date on them (less than 5 months). Per your survey request, rather than providing a poor customer satisfaction rating, I reached out to your customer service department and explained the situation. Here's the response that I received: "Hello Gary, Thank you for your follow-up, and we are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our previous response. We truly understand your concerns regarding the shelf life of the strips, especially given their cost and your expectations when ordering. You're absolutely right that having a clear understanding of product expiration before making a purchase is essential, particularly when buying in larger quantities. We sincerely apologize for any frustration this has caused and for any lack of clarity that contributed to your experience. Our strips typically have an expiration range between 3 to 12 months, depending on inventory rotation and the time of purchase. Not all strips will have just 3 months on them—some will have significantly longer shelf lives. However, we are not able to guarantee which box you will receive or the exact amount of time remaining at the moment your order is packed and shipped by our fulfillment partners. While our strips are designed for sterility and preservation with individual foil packaging, we completely understand that the limited expiration window you received did not meet your expectations. We are actively discussing your feedback internally, and we genuinely appreciate you bringing this to our attention—it’s through feedback like yours that we can identify areas for improvement. We value your experience with Keto-Mojo and regret that this situation has led you to reconsider future purchases. Please know that your feedback is being taken seriously. I received no suggestions or offers that may have helped improve the situation, only excuses and an empty apology.

I asked them to exchange their box of unused ketone strips they had just sent me because they were expiring in 3 months for ones that expired later like maybe in a year like my glucose strips were going to (in 2026) and they refused. Poor customer service!!

Ordered 2 items because zI needed them. Package was shipped out and never delivered. Stated they couldn't find me. I tried to pay an additional shipping charge and 1 item was out of stock. Never receive my order and need it ASAP. Diane Dickinson

Sehr geehrtes Keto-Mojo Team, vielen Dank für Ihre E-Mail und die Einladung zur Bewertung. Leider kann ich derzeit keine positive Rückmeldung geben, da meine bisherigen Erfahrungen mit Ihrem Produkt, dem Kundenservice und der Software insgesamt enttäuschend waren. Meine Bestellung (Nr. 45263-EU) enthielt das Gerät mit 10 Teststreifen sowie ein zusätzliches Paket mit 60 Streifen. Am 20.03.2025 habe ich mich mit einer einfachen Frage an Ihren Support gewandt. Bis heute habe ich weder eine Antwort noch eine Eingangsbestätigung erhalten. In Ihrer Nachricht betonen Sie Ihren erstklassigen Kundenservice – leider kann ich diesen in meinem Fall nicht bestätigen. Auch mit der Software bin ich unzufrieden. Trotz der Bestellung von 60 zusätzlichen Streifen werde ich regelmäßig zu Beginn der Nutzung aufgefordert, weitere Streifen zu kaufen. Dies wirkt aufdringlich und ist in der Nutzung störend. Darüber hinaus funktioniert das Gerät nicht immer zuverlässig. Bei einigen Messungen ist das Gerät direkt im Anschluss abgestürzt oder hat den Fehlercode E2 angezeigt. Ehrlich gesagt entsteht bei mir der Eindruck, dass nur positive Bewertungen gewünscht sind. Stattdessen wäre mir sehr geholfen, wenn meine Support-Anfrage einfach beantwortet würde. Abschließend noch ein Hinweis: Da ich eindeutig aus Deutschland bestellt habe, wundert es mich, dass Ihre Kommunikation ausschließlich auf Englisch erfolgt. Ich hoffe auf eine baldige und hilfreiche Rückmeldung zu meinen offenen Fragen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Delivery took longer than expected considering it is shipped from the Nederlands. The app is not very user friendly and does not offer options to analyse the readings more detailed. If you are not willing to allow Keto-Mojo access to your data by uploading to their cloud, it looks like your data will be deleted from the app after one year. Also, German custumers seem to be considered second class. Keto-Mojo demands a surcharge for Germans on its price offers, sent by e-mail, of almost 20% (today's original offer 55,00 €, actual price 65,45 €) plus shipping, which seems highly missleading and unfair, in my opinion. Unfortunately I was not aware of this, before I bought this expensive analysing kit. So, switching to a different provider will be an additional investment.

I’m extremely disappointed with Keto mojo. I have tried to reach out to customer service several times regarding my meter. Despite troubleshooting and control testing my meter, My glucose readings are wildly inaccurate, and it has caused undue stress.

Took a glucose from the blood withdraw at hospital lab and got a 19 point higher reading than the hospital lab.

I am fighting cancer and need accurate numbers. I took my blood sugar gar with Keto Mojo and found it to be 16higher than another monitor AND OFFICIAL BLOOD TESTS. I asked for a new Keto Mojo and was rejected. Jana Martin

Meter didn’t work when it arrived. Left four messages over four days. That was almost two weeks ago. Still No return call. Have contacted my CC company to withhold payment. Figured that might get Keto-Mojo attention. So, no, not impressed!!

I paid for the product, the amount was charged to my credit card, you did not send the product I bought, had to do a lot of back and forth with your support, you only sent an email to me once and did not follow up, after a while I saw the junk mail saw your email and it is when I started the interaction with your support. I am hesitant to keep on getting your products.
