Still waiting for the Kit, and despite several chasers the support is frankly useless. I have no idea whether the kit is on its way, been delivered somewhere else by mistake or just out of stock!! Meanwhile I spent over a hundred ponds on the test strips and lancets which are currently useless without the kit.

How long does it take to ship a new lancing tool?? I ordered it about 2 weeks ago. Ridiculous- is it coming direct from China?

I returned an order and followed the post master's recommendation to refuse receipt of my order (because I decided after it shipped I no longer wanted it). This apparently voided a return in Keto- Mojo's book and I'm out $70! No product and no return of my funds! I've never seen such poor customer service- bad job Keto Mojo!!

I was generally satisfied with the products (glucose-ketone meter, strips, lancing device, etc.) from Keto-mojo; however, my experience with their customer service (in the US) fell short. It was quite awful. I left a voicemail, and someone called me back, but he was condescending, which was unacceptable. When I tried to explain my concerns about the strips, he immediately cut me off and started giving me unrelated answers. He sounded like he was unwilling to provide customers with any support as if he were angry. He didn't listen to me at all, and the call didn't help or resolve my concerns and questions. I thanked him for calling me back and ended the call. This happened back in the summer. Despite this negative experience, I recently placed another order for more products because I needed additional strips for my meter. If I didn't already have the meter, I would never consider buying any products from Keto-mojo again. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

Terrible product and support. Didn’t work after a couple of days. Tried to contact for refund and to return product and heard nothing. V dissapointed as not cheap

My orders have taken multiple days to ship both times. I paid for expedited shipping last Friday and it’s still not even shipped by Monday. Not sure the disconnect…??

I bought the 28-day course a couple weeks ago. Have tried logging in to use it. I am never able to authenticate. Multiple emails, attempted chats with customer service has gotten me no where. Still waiting back from an email I recently sent providing even more information. Horrible support for a product impaid $125 to access.

I look forward to learning about food, which I do not have a relationship with. Dr Nicole deserves the praise. Hope to learn Keto and autophagy. Would like to clean out body system yet have good food, and when to to eat it.
