“I don't like getting boxes of left overs! Received a box with a bunch of pieces instead of full strips. If your going to send me your left overs I expect to get a discount on the cost.”

“Truly horrific, one of the most frustrating experiences setting up an app, especially the multiple (from different places) instructions for syncing for the first time. Too much for a "short" review. I wrote a feedback email with details to customer support and their response was basically a written yawn. I eventually figured things out on my own. I have zero confidence in this company's ability to make a good product. Only using them because my Dr wants me to.”

“Not accurate. Always 30-50pts higher than my CGM, and 20-30 higher than 2 othe testers I own. If the Mojo is higher than my GKI is inaccurate. I will say I think the Ketones are on point. They match with my pee strips.”

“I do not need to loose weight so I do not want the meals program. The app seemed to require that I join the food program. I deleted. I tried to use the meter a few times but it wouldn't test my keton test strips. Problem code E 2 directly out of the sealed pouch? So as of right now I wasted my money. But tomorrow is another day, I will try again.”

“Just awful! I should have believed the other reviewers. The inaccuracies with this meter are terrible. You can take four consecutive readings and they are all significantly different. What a waste of money. Poor customer service. Once you try to meter it can’t be returned if you are not satisfied. It is also so tedious to use and the replacement sticks are more than the meter itself. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!”

“Keto Mojo sent me keto test strips that expire in only a few months; strips that were older than strips I received from them almost a year ago. Requested a replacement but they declined saying it is due to inventory rotation. This is the second time this happened but the first time they acknowledged their oversight and sent a replacement.”

“Siempre había estado satisfecho con el servicio y los productos, hasta que en el último pedido del mes de febrero, he recibido 6 cajas de reactivos para glucosa con fecha de caducidad para el mes de abril, o sea, que tengo 360 tiras que caducan en dos meses, por favor señores, haber si controlamos un poco los envíos y las fechas de caducidad.”

“I hate being forced to accept cookies. responsible companies give clients a one-click way to remove all but required functionality cookies. If I've made a mistake and there is a way to not have targeting cookies let me know. Otherwise unfortunately I just ordered three boxes of test strips so I'll be with you for a while”
