“Love the product! Such a scientific way to ensure your diet is matching your health goals. Price is reasonable and blood metre is very easy to use. I would have given 5 stars if you offered shipping to Canada. I had to re-route with a US PO box and paid an extra $40 US to have it shipped to Canada.”

“Range varies about 10 points above another meter I have. Not consistently however. Perhaps just the nature of home monitor systems. I do like the app part of it and do pair it with the nutrisense. Recipes and education parts are helpful. You could put a little dip in the foil wrappers to get them to open up a little more easily. That's about it.”

“I purchased the items required to get the meter free but was charged for the entire order. Was later contacted by Keto-Mojo and offered a gift card for the difference but I declined. I apparently did not use the proper link for the order. I am satisfied with the product”

“I received the replacement meter just fine except without a mailing envelope. I was sent a email saying I could get a mail label to return it with but so far no label has shown up. the new meter is very nice. Thank you”

“Most of the time my glucose level reads about 20 points higher than my other two meters (FreeStyle Libre and Accucheck Plus,) which tend to agree with each other. I tested the Keto-Mojo meter with your testing solutions and they were within range. The major complaint I have is ripping open the test strip protective covers. Why does it have to be so difficult??? Considering they come in a box, I'm sure they would not rip open on their own and damage the strips. I'm a senior and my strength and joints don't work like they used to. If I have to resort to using scissors, there will be a much greater chance to damage the expensive strips since I can't see through the protective cover. Please make them easier to tear open. There is no need to make it so frustrating and difficult.”

“Everything about the meter is ok but the app doesn't always open when I need it to open ..That app is one of the reason for my purchase so when I go to the doctor or sync the information from the meter . I need the app to open. But I am happy with my purchase”

“Very nice meter and app. I have the original non Bluetooth model as well and the special price of this kit was only about $20 more than I would spend for 50 test strips (both ketone and glucose). The GKI is a nice addition although it's easy to figure out with the old meter using the formula. My only complaint is the difficulty in opening the individually sealed test strips. The way the tear is setup is perpendicular to the test strip making it a struggle getting the test strip out. It's also easy to accidentally touch the top of the strip that pulls in the blood possibly contaminating it. They should have a tear perforation that runs parallel to the strip or maybe include a small pair of scissors in the kit. Although I realize the individually sealed strips are probably more accurate and last longer, for me having arthritis... It's a struggle opening the strips each time. Overall 5 stars for the whole system and 5 stars for EXCELLENT customer service. I just have to deduct a star because of the difficulty opening the strips which is a big issue for me.”

“Monitor works well. I've had two time now where I had trouble with getting a ketone reading and have had to use another strip. Everyday I do it the same way, put the test strip in wait for the monitor to start blinking and then instead of giving me my reading I am getting error code E-2. Really hope it doesn't continue. Also, I don't care for the individual packaging of the strips and feel like it causes alot of excess packaging and they are difficult to get out and create additional waste.”

“I love the product. The glucose strips are finicky and I sometimes have to use several before I get one that works. Also the lancet is a bit weak so I sometimes have to do two sticks to get both ketones and glucose. I’d prefer they just worked more reliably. I have another device that works much better but doesn’t have the tracking and integration.”
