“Twice I experienced that everything was send out the same day... :-) GLS is unfortunately not the easiest carrier, relative slow and only to surface addresses (no Packstation, etc.).”

“I like the new version. The eject button on the back of the meter is very inconvenient. The slot to insert the strip is small and difficult to locate when compared to the previous version.”

“Arrived a bit slow but in good condition. Hate foil wrapped strips! Very difficult to open. Greatly preferred them in a vial! Like. Comfort of lancet but needs to be a bit stronger.”

“Your product is five stars but your packaging on your strips is a zero. Terrible. So hard to open so much waste”

“Your delivery system is rather puzzling- according to the tracking info it was shipped from your distribution center via DHL, then went what appears to be less than 100 miles to the USPS receiving facility and then the other 600 or so miles to me. Why was DHL in the loop anyway? Seems to have slowed delivery and added at least 1 and possibly 3 days to transit time.”

“Hello guys, purchase, delivery communication and notification, you did it all right, no complaints, however, if you have a good product with FDA approval why don't you sell it all over? I'm living in Israel and had to make arrangements to get it here. Same for the future when I'll need more sticks. Thank you”

“Meter works great and syncs well with the app. Easy to use, seems to be accurate. My only complaint is the way the data can be graphed within the app. It's really awkward and difficult to look at more than a couple data points, which makes graphing basically pointless.”
