“The new Keto-Mojo program was welcomed and it is easy to send the unit back. However, I have about $50 in test strips that are now not usable. This disappointed me, and detracted from your 5th star.”

“You decided to update your product and phase out the previous version. You came out with an affordable way for customers to replace it. But the USD 10 cost for recycling was a stretch, as I could easily recycle the old unit without having to pay that fee.”

“The company seems professional. The customer service very responsive. The delivery is fast. The only issue I have is the product 😳 I am using it but do not trust it that much… if I measure a few times, one after another, I am getting completely different scores. The score range is sometimes 20 percent. Even if I use the control fluids I see differences. So it is difficult to trust the values. I reached out to the customer service on it a couple of times. I was told that this was okay… I therefore use it and see it as a overall trend indication with limited accuracy. At this moment, I would not recommend it to my friends. Perhaps you will improve in the future. I wish you all the best.”

“Like the meter but the new system for the test strips suck! Go back to putting them in a little plastic container. Very inconvenient. They do not open easily.”

“Seems to be a good product. I appreciate a ‘numbers’ based ketone measure. Strips are pricey, but don’t expire like tubed strips. I like being able to do blood glucose and ketones in same machine.”

“I love my Keto Mojo, but I like the release for the strips better on the side rather than the on the back. Also, I don't really care for the individually wrapped strips.”

“I use many meters but the Keto-Mojo is the one that can measure both the glucose and ketone. The point that I do not like is the case of meter, its material, size and the order from inside is very bad. Please redesign that case by soft materials and put every unit including the meter in specific place within plastic keeper. I have some photos I can send if you want.”
