“I really don’t think your follow up with the testing liquids was good at all! I have no idea whether my unit is accurate. I am going to stop using after I am done with this last order of strips.”

“The customer support has been great, but the actual keto/glukose meter does not sync very well with my iPhone12Pro. I understood from the support temat that it is an issue with iOS, but it still affects me as a user and customer. A part from that I think everything has worked fine! I would appreciate more tips and tricks from the app and more feedback on the readings.”

“Good improvements! Tear pouches not as convenient and sometimes test strips hard to get out of packet. Otherwise easy to use and syncs to app easily. Wish it would give suggestions or overall feedback”

“I love dealing with Keto-Mojo. The customer service has been always been A+ for me. The products work exactly as expected, are easy to use and quite accurate too! It’s great to also receive the extra information and guides. However, I was encouraged to update my meter so I did and traded in my old one. I have to admit that I’m not as much a fan of the new one. I liked being able to program my old one with mmol/L or mg/dL for my glucose readings. This new meter does not give you the choice and I don’t like that as I am Canadian and use both forms of measurement. As for the new packaging for the strips being individually wrapped as they are, I thought I would love it but I’m actually finding them to actually be more of a pain especially when I don't quite get enough of a blood sample and an error reading registers. To have to scramble to open another strip from another package is not easy and frustrating. I hope some adjustments can be made with the upgrades.”

“I like KetoMojo To check my blood Keytone level, however, I have a few suggestions. First, The strips are expensive compared to most of the other key tones monitors I see online. Second, I have the older version and it would be nice if there were an offer to automatically upgrade to the newest monitor. I may have done it, but I didn’t wanna have to pay the extra $10 to ship it back to you. That should’ve been given for free.”

“I like the fact that I don't have to calculate my own GKI and that, like my last monitor, I can test both ketones and glucose with one meter, but I HATE the packaging for the new strips! The foil packets should be made so you can tear them from top to bottom. They are next to impossible to get open and half the time I wind up having to use scissors and hope I dont cut through the strip. That and the fact that I have to test with the control solutions every week - wasting more strips - is a pain. The old meter was so much less work. The ONLY reason I switched was because you discontinued the glucose strips. Now I wish I had kept my old one and just went back to using a separate glucose monitor. PLEASE do something about that strip packaging!”

“Everythin is great Except the lancet I must have thick skin because the lancet that comes with the kit would not adequately punch my finger even on the deepest setting . So I ordered the upgraded lancet and set it on it's deepest setting (7). So now I just use3 the blue lancet by itself and jab it in hard myself. That works very well Ican get both glccose and ketone samples from one stick?”
