“Very, very helpful and supportive experience. The jewellery I bought was for a very special celebration and the gifts were warmly received and worn to the event itself. I’m so grateful for the extensive assistance and patience of Cian in Customer Service for multiple contacts to resolve my queries. Secure, quick delivery. A very positive experience that would make me return to the Kilkenny Shop rather than elsewhere. Many thanks.”
