“Kilkenny Shop in Whitewater Centre, Newbridge, took back my online purchase which sadly didn't fit. No fuss. Staff always welcoming and friendly. It's a great spot for quality presents as well.”

“Christmas Decorations - Irish Passport. I was very happy with the product. The decoration was very cute. It was good quality. I thought the packaging was a bit excessive. The personalised message was not good enough. The sticker overlapped with the card.”

“I returned my order as per instructions via Chatbox. This was incorrect information. The parcel is now lost and I’m £100 out of pocket. I called customer services twice to talk to someone and on both occasions was promised a call back. I’m still waiting. Email replies are slow. Found the whole experience very frustrating and stressful.”
