“First I live this shop! My review is specific to long distance delivery so keep that in mind. I looked everywhere for the little incense houses with the peat smell and found it here (woohoo). I didn’t want to carry many all the way home so once I got home I ordered some and both came with broken bases ..easy enough to glue and you don’t see them but as they were gifts it was embarrassing. I will give it another try but given it was packed very well maybe check inventory before shipping too.”

We understand how that could be embarrassing since they were gifts. We appreciate your note about packing and will pass it along to help improve shipping.
