“I ordered 3 boxes of candles and 1 box of Lennon and Courtney flutes. The Box had been opened to wrap the top of the glasses in bubble wrap but the box was damaged. I bought this as a gift so I cannot use it now for that purpose. Also 2 of the boxes of candles were a bit damaged in the corners. I know they were ex christmas stock but should be more carefully handled.”

“I have no complaints about the product or the ordering process, but there seems to be some cracks in the system: I did not receive any tracking or delivery notifications until I contacted customer service, and my gift was delivered without my gift note, so the recipient did not know why or from where they received it. I do not believe I selected anything to turn off notifications (by email; I do not seek text notifications by phone). Just suggest you look into these issues to make sure they are not occurring regularly for other customers.”
