I ordered a Barbour Bradford forest vest on sale. I received a Barbour Bradford vest in navy at a clearance price. No one communicated that the forest color was not available. Iin an email from the company confirmed the product was forest. When I received the navy vest no one mentioned a discount or adjustment for the substituted product. Really disappointed in the fact that no one offered an adjustment and it took two weeks to hear back from Kilkenny. Very poor customer service.

I ordered a coat which I then paid to return as it was too big. I have since learnt that the customs charge was not paid as Kilkenny do not do this so the item is being returned to me. If this is the case, I will have to pay yet again to return it to them and pay the customs charge myself. Not happy.

Kilkenny in Nassau Street is one of my favourite shops. Very disappointed when I visited its new restaurant during the week. Instead of the buzzing bright cherrie restaurant is now the new dark restaurant which to my absolute disappointment no longer does loose tea. It’s now loose tea in nylon sack. I’m not opposed to change but I won’t be regular visitor anymore 😢

The Kilkenny Shop used to be one of the top quality shops in Dublin but sadly the quality of the goods has deteriorated apart from the new designers Lennen and ? (Their garments are first class). I purchased a jacket on line recently but when it arrived it was of poor quality, badly cut with no shape and it didn't fit. I ordered the correct size but what arrived was not as described in the advert. I returned it yesterday in person for a refund but he assistant refused to refund the postage of 5.95 Euros. This should have been refunded as the goods were "not fit for purpose". I then went looking for a fleece that was advertised on the website only to find inferior quality once again. Most of the fleeces had a note pinned to them saying "returned unwanted". These notes speak for themselves. The staff however are still first class and go out of their way for the customers. It is the quality of most of the goods that has deteriorated. It used to be my usual shopping place but not any more.

Upon looking into this I can see our team have been in contact with you and the Regatta jacket was returned in store, the delivery charge would not be refunded unless there was a fault with the jacket. An item of clothing I ordered packed loose in box unwrapped, very wrinkled and sprinkled in white fluff type material, what a difference a little tissue paper would have made

A poor shipping and delivery experience. 1. The email from KD, confirming shipment has occurred, contained a shipping reference number. No reference or link to a Shipper / Courier was included 2. Sought help from customer support. Customer Support agent unable to provide any details, requested contact details and informed me I would receive a call-back within 24 hours. No call back received. 3. Shipment should have been delivered before Christmas, it wasn't. When contacted, KD stated the shipper had made two earlier attempts to deliver the package. No note, message or any other type of communication was left at the recipient's address to indicate this - not convinced the shipper's claim of attempted delivery is accurate.

Online order took nearly 3weeks to be delivered, in store customer service staff unfriendly and was a huge inconvenience when I asked if gifts could be wrapped after spending over 200€ between in store and online

Kilkenny online shop. Bought silver jewellery When I received the piece of jewellery which I paid 120 euro for.. The chain was badly tarnished. I returned to the shop and staff were very helpful. No problem with that. But I will never buy jewellery online again from Killkenny Design.

One piece was perfect. The other I had issues with and the customer support continually dodged calls, ignored emails, and refused to follow up. With the piece I had issues with, they were using false advertising, using a picture with 2 necklaces and when it arrived it was NOT the products in the thumbnail. Seriously disappointing.

There was no rating for OKAy so poor was the nearets. I ordered several items online from Kilkenny Design and the majority were lovely. However, I was disappointed by a couple of things. I didn't receive the 2 sets of reeds that are meant to accompany the diffuser refills that I ordered and received. Also, two items had some minor damage and a third item,'White Birds On Branch', was different than I expected, both in the type of material used and the size (there were no measurements in the description) and material. I will follow up with the store on how to remedy these problems.

Good store with lovely products, but customer service experience could be better. No reply to a recent email enquiry I sent about product/s. Also, I get inundated with email advertising - sometimes daily - too much!
