Was unable to find option to send as a gift and on delivery there was a large discounted sticker on the front of the box

When you ask customers to write a review it should be accessible while customers are browsing. You shouldn’t have to go to a separate website to read reviews. To be honest my recent experience has put me off shopping with Kilkenny online, the only way to be sure is to shop in person. And I probably won’t do that either

I have not received my full order and have been charged 50 odd pounds more than the order, without any explanation or statement. I have contacted customer service but not had a reply?

I'm sorry but I was so disappointed with the salt and pepper shakers. I didnt realise the tops were PLASTIC, as I would not have bought them. The glass was nice.but it seems that everything today is done on the cheap with no thought to quality. I did what I should have done in the first place and purchased vintage Waterford.

I was disappointed with the packaging you used for the delivery of my purchases. The cardboard packaging for example on Disney children's socks was crushed. It is unacceptable to simply use a plastic bag to deliver such items. Also the delivery time was double that advertised

Incredibly slow delivery. I ordered something for a present for my mum' birthday and it said express 2 to 3 working days delivery which would have arrived on time. Instead it wasn't even dispatched until the 4th working day. I contacted customer service who got back 2 days later to say there was a back log and it has been dispatched now. This is not the first time dellivery has been very slow so I wouldn't order something I needed within a week again.

Hi, I tried to amend the order slightly after placing the order (only about 1 hour after placing the order). I spoke to a rep at the company, who said he would amend the order and call me back. He didn't call me back and the order was processed as is. All I required was a slight change to the order, i.e the colour of the glasses in one box.

Products took a long time to arrive - this may have been the fault of the courier service used by the Kilkenny Shop. The baker dish was also broken when it arrived. Customer Service resolved the issues but not even a discount code etc was offered for the inconvenience.

I love Kilkenny Shop and stop in every time I'm in Ireland. There's nothing better than supporting the Irish artists. That said, shopping internationally has been a nightmare. My order arrived packed poorly, with minimal cushioning, one item shattered and another missing altogether. No explanation for where the missing item was (evidently it was out of stock). Once I got through to Customer Service they were wonderful. But the email address listed on their website bounced back. Overall, the store is charming and has one of a kind finds that make fantastic gifts. But probably best shopped in person. It's a shame for US residents.

I ordered 2 items, however only one arrived. After 2 weeks I sent two emails and eventually was informed the item was out of stock and received a refund,I understand this can happen however the customer should be informed ina timely fashion.The item was meant to be a birthday gift which I ordered on November 4th and I had to rush and purchase another gift at the last moment.Overall a negative experience.

I had to return some of the purchase in the shop yesterday. While the junior people on the floor were enthusiastic and helpful. I sought assistance from your security guard as to where to return items and he was dismissive. A manager also came to the till when I was being served and interrupted my transaction to discuss something else. Overall a poor reflection on your business

Goods received were defective. The thread on one of the corners of the throw was frayed and the item was returned to Kilkenny Shop in Stillorgan.

I was so disappointed to discover wrong Robell trousers posted to me from my online order.I visited your shop in swords with the trousers,lady apologized and said my refund would be organized.After waiting 3 wks and no refund,I again had to visit your shop with my complaint.

I can't review the product, because after all this time it has not been delivered to me. I have tried emailing the shop several times, but still nothing happens. As I have mentioned, I find the shop a delightful venue to visit, browse and purchase, but very discouraging of online business

I always enjoy shopping in this shop. It has lovely displays and affordable jewellery ETC. However my first time on line shopping experience was disappointing. The jewellery and packaging weren't what I expected. But buying in store I will do in the future.

Nice product but shipping cost far too expensive esp considering as I am in Ireland. Won't use this website as a result again unfortunately. I would have considered doing Christmas shopping etc from here but not now.

I ordered a gift online.marked it as a gift and went gift note. Also emailed to request a gift receipt be included. My family member received the order with no receipt and no gift note. .luckily she guessed it was me that ordered the item for her !! Not a great experience.
