While the online store is much improved recently, I still find the delivery time is very slow especially as you are unable to track its progress online. The courier for your deliveries GLS also does not advise as to deliver times, it simply send a mail to say they are processing your order and then you receive the item without any notice. As a very active online shopper this is disappointing given most websites offer this service. It can lead to me missing my deliveries from your store.

Staff were lovely, beautiful stock. I gave a 2 star because of your exchange policy. It means that Christmas presents won't be exchanged by you even with a gift receipt. Not impressed at all. Every other shop are allowing this.

Received a package so poorly packed I had a hard time believing it. 2/6 glass bottles full of scented oil entirely and predictably shattered in the package soiling a crystal picture frame that was also in the box. Went back and forth with customer service and was crystal clear on what was broken and very specifically asked for just replacements for what was soiled beyond the ability to gift and the 2 shattered bottles. Received only one bottle of oil refill - not the 2 I purchased and no replacement for the frame. This was the 2nd time I’d placed a big order with this company but will not ever again.

Wrong item delivered. Rang to report and explain item ordered was for 50th birthday present that Friday. Told to return incorrect item and original order would be with me by the Friday. Did not get item. Had to ring again the following week and order was filled after that. Very disappointed.

For at least a month I could only get dollars. I am in Dublin looking for Euro shopping. I rang and wrote 2 weeks later. no solution. the site cam back itself to have the possibility to change the currency.

I purchased a scarf from Kilkenny from a brand I was familiar with so new the quality of the product would be great. However I was really disappointed with how the item arrived to me, just thrown into a box, not wrapped, not even a thank you card. It felt quite thoughtless for a parcel I had been excited to receive.

Ease of purchase online was good, packaging of delivery was also great but unfortunately I ordered wine glasses which were damaged and had clearly been previously purchased and returned. Return experience in store was also positive but had to be 2 stars overall for sending out damaged items that hadn’t been checked on their previous return.

The jewelry I ordered arrived tarnished. It looked like someone left a fingerprint on the pendant and then because the pendant was sterling silver, it tanished. It looked awful when I opened the box. Someone should really check your quality control procedures. The necklace was expensive and I now want to return it as I don't feel it will hold up to frequent wear.

Unfortunately my goods have never arrived. They were in the Mail office in Dublin. The lovely polite lady check my supposedly incomplete address , there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, I have deliveries very regularly from all the different couriers etc. She said it would be resent. Same thing happened again! I found this out by email. I called yet again , told they would sort it out and request a different courier and would call me back. They haven’t. I move house in 2.5 weeks so if this is not solved by then I will cancel my order. Lovely girls on the phone but unreliable customer service and posting

Lovely bag but was far too small which made it not very practical, prior to purchase I did not see the dimensions listed so presumed that because it had 3 pockets it was larger than life ,however as far as design [hence 2 star rating]and appearance was concerned it was ace but unfortunately I would have said it was a child's bag as opposed to adult!! I was so disillusioned that I only used it a handful of times then binned it !! Even my mobile 📱 phone was a push and a shove to get it in .!!

The Pottery was very badly wrapped and the Teapot was broken. The small Pitcher had a price tag, which I paid more for Dan was printed on the sticker and was told Oh that is old stock. Which to me was a blow to the Stomach The damaged Teapot was swiftly replaced and the initial order arrived quickly. I would hesitate to order online again.

Paying for a product only to arrive in a packet no box, bought an item in-store also with a reduction sticker on it that had marked the item,very disappointing.
