“I always buy from Kilkenny online, put 2items in the bag. Had left my bag in my daughter’s car, bye the time I got it next day the 1 of the items were gone. Was disappointed. Thank you.”

“I found the quality of my order very good as I expected. However your customer service department was poor. The bot timed out before answering my query, no one answered the phone, one email elicited a non answer and the next was ignored. My query was simple. AN Post tracking reported that my order hadn't been received, I just needed confirmation that it had been sent. I paid for express delivery to Europe as I wanted the goods before I went away. In the event they arrived in time but I had the worry that they wouldn't when better customer service could have put my mind at ease.”

“Beautiful items, well packaged. Having to pay Custom Charges puts me off buying again. Think your getting a bargain in the sale and get billed for tax 🤔”

“Purchased a Pure wool coat (chocolate brown) which was reduced to £80. Well made coat only fault l had was the colour was way off from picture. Delivery took a little longer than expected..but overall happy.”

“Ordered scarfs in a brand which I have purchased before. They usually come with gift bags to put them in. This order came with bags that the scarves had no hope of fitting into. Very disappointing.”

“I bought a bracelet online, the product was fine but it was presented in a cheap nylon tie bag and paper bag with frayed ties. Not great for a gift. It was just over 50e I think that deserves better wrapping”

“The blanket is very pretty and soft. I didn't like how the blanket was just put in a box. The blanket was not wrapped in plastic or paper. It was a wool blanket put in a corrated cardboard box, that's it.”

“I have purchased online before from Kilkenny Shop & was very happy with the service. However this time I was disappointed with the length of time it took to receive my purchase. Also online sale had one price & the tag price on the item was a lot cheaper. So apparently if you go into the store, you get the price on the tag but online sale is different. Their helpline were prompt in replying to my queries via email.”

“Killkeny shop in Pavillions, Swords is brilliant, Karen and her team are attentive and they handle my request for my shopping online very well,however my order came wrong to the shop, I've ordered Rosell velvet black trouser and other product came, the only reason I gave 3 stars is because the warehouse need to be aware of orders and manage products, I really love to have those trousers, but next time maybe*)”

“Bought some nice Christmas tree decorations but was very disappointed they could not add an item to the order despite it saying they could in their FAQs. I contaccted them immediately after the order went through, so plenty of time to accommodate it. I expected better customer service but the decorations are very nice.”
