Good value with prompt delivery. Packaging was not environmentally friendly and overdone which was disappointing

Purchased a disc on chain and when delivered it didn't come in a box only in plastic bag. It was a present so it really didn't look good to give it to someone without a box. I think your website should state whether a box is included for jewellery.

I think communication on delivery dates could be better. Delivery is also a bit slow. Other than that products very good and really like Kilkenny shop.

Happy with most of.my pucheses. I was surprised as Christmas bell was so big, no chance of hanging it on a tree. Additionally a one item arrived broken, then replament arrived broken, third time.lucky.

Service was very good. I would recommend putting more details of the products on the website. Purchased a handbag. It would be nice to lenght if strap, dimensions.

The item i received i loved and wanted to keep. Unfortunately it was faulty so i had to return it. I think the delivery charges that Kilkenny applies are too high but i did ask for the delivery charge to be refunded to me when i returned the item. This was done which i appreciated. Next charges €2 - much more affordable. The reception in the store on Nassau Street is not good so I struggled to retrieve my receipt from my email account when returning the item. Not ideal so i feel that Kilkenny is not really set up for online shopping.

Took a lot longer than expected to arrive had to keep chasing, and was always directed to the delivery people. Did not understand that I had to pay a high delivery cost. Was contacted by UPS only once and told to pay this charge. Payed the charge on line but parcel was still not delivered. I physically went to the Depot in Dartford to collect as my anniversary was that day. Payment still did not go through but did eventually when I paid on line, again. Really happy with the picture, only when putting on the wall, it fell off the wall smashed the glass and I had to have it reglazed!

I think the costs you have to pay in addition to the shipping costs for Switzerland are not clearly declared- That makes the costs extremly high. With the products I`m very happy..

The ordering process and delivery service were excellent, however, the tapas set that I ordered was chipped when removed from the box. Too expensive to send back so only 2-3 stars max. Please check your merchandise more thoroughly before you send it in the future.

The delivery was a bit of an issue as we wrote our home address clearly. This included the Eircode. I can't recall the details now but there was mention of the local railway station for collection and I don't know what. It was confusing and annoying. The postman also couldn't find our home. Again, we were careful with the address so I don't know what the issue was. Also, indicative posting costs range could be flagged earlier. I won't shop with you again as I wasn't pleased.
