“Had trouble with my address coming up when buying before did not get orders so left it for a few years and other week went to wrong post office eventually got it but had to ring ye first to tell ye so it is to hard to get stuff”

“I have no complaints about the product or the ordering process, but there seems to be some cracks in the system: I did not receive any tracking or delivery notifications until I contacted customer service, and my gift was delivered without my gift note, so the recipient did not know why or from where they received it. I do not believe I selected anything to turn off notifications (by email; I do not seek text notifications by phone). Just suggest you look into these issues to make sure they are not occurring regularly for other customers.”

“Hi, I was disappointed with my delivery as I bought 2 password books on special offer, they were pink, but they arrived and were very grubby & marked. I was not happy as I bought them to give as gifts but couldn’t give them to anyone as they looked used.”

Promotions are not applicable to Gift Cards, Food & Drink hampers, Mindy Brownes Interiors, Newbridge Silverware, Enibas, Nomination and Alan Ardiff or sale items and are applicable on goods only, not services or shipping. “Ordered a nomination gift charm. Website description said I would receive a gift bag with it. As it was a bought as a present this would have been a lovely way to gift it. But I just received the charm in a brown box. Website easy to navigate.”

“The Saint Bridget’s Pendant in gold was absolutely beautiful. So happy with it. However it took 3 weeks to arrive after numerous emails to customers service. 3-5 days was the estimated delivery time when I was placing my order. So I would recommend allowing plenty of time especially if buying as an occasion gift as I was”

“Purchased a disc on chain and when delivered it didn't come in a box only in plastic bag. It was a present so it really didn't look good to give it to someone without a box. I think your website should state whether a box is included for jewellery.”
