Great selection of goods. Poor customer service responsiveness (long waiting time before getting a reply) and website interface. All good till you haven't to return anything.

My experience was online.The item I purchased was delivered quickly,with ease of access to follow.However,as this was my first purchase, I was led to believe that I would get a 10% discount.This was not applied to me in this instance.It wasn't the money I was saving more the principle of the thing that irked.Thus,the 3 star rating.If there was any way of redressing on my next purchase,that would more than satisfy me. Was very disappointed when courier rang me about delivery address on package . On my order address was correct but admin put Kilkenny shanagarry shop on it. I emailed but got no reply which is very bad customer service.

Generally very happy but my experience of my second last online purchase was disappointing. Two products I ordered were not delivered. There was no note, no email. I contacted customer services twice and then got an answer to say the product was out of stock and I’d be refunded. I think the customer service displayed by KkS was not sufficiently high.

Love the items and love shopping in Kilkenny but won't shop online again. Delivery was slow and when it was delivered by GLS it was thrown over My gate into the garden. No note was left so when I found it the box had collapsed in the rain and covered in Slugs. Luckily nothing was damaged as wrapped in plastic. Contacted Kilkenny who said they Contact An Post, who didn't deliver it.

Generally I'm very pleased with your service but there was an issue with an order on the 26th October and after much emailing and phone calls received my coat last Friday minus 1 scarf not yet delivered so not impressed with this order Marie

As usual product purchased great, but the online purchasing was fraught as I tried to spend a 250€ one4all card, 50€ max online spend , even though my card was chip n pin. Bummer, had to spend 250€ elsewhere. Their loss

Hi Joan, I'm sorry to hear this, unfortunately, there is a €50 max spend for one4all online purchases, this rule was brought in by one4all to stop fraudulent activity on customers cards. , NOT GOODThe goods I purchased were as expected but I found your website difficult. Also you packed heavy things on top of a coat resulting in a very creased coat! The creases didn't hang out and I HAD TO USE THE STEAM IRON ON IT

Goods arrived and all good quality. However an excessive amount of boxing used so would question environmental considerations.

Generally kilkenny online service is very good. Only had a incidence to complain once and it was sorted Delivery if goods could be better tends to take longer than other suppliers Site a bit unpredictable at times But thank you for service thus far

HI, I recently bought an Orla Kiely watch from Kilkenny shop. It's a lovely little watch and at reduced price was good value too. As it had a very narrow strap I tried Kilkenny shop, Orla Kiely and Peershardy to buy a couple of spare straps for the future. All to no avail, as the watch is discontinued. Perhaps if you informed your customers that this was the case it would avoid disappointment.

The quality control needs a lot of improvement, 1 out 2 pictures arrived with a damage frame, was told to return to exchange, but because we live in the UK, more hassle than it's worth, I have to pay for the return postage and claim it back, don't think so. The pictures should have arrived in perfect condition, if they had been damaged in transit different story, but this has been sent out damaged, not acceptable.

I purchased an item of jewellery as a gift for an employee. It could have been packaged better in my opinion and the expensive item was in a cheap little plastic bag. The box was ok and it did come with a little paper bag but in my view it could have been presented better.

My purchase was delivered to the US instead of the UK (human error) and I’ve been advised they have no idea when I can expect it. Very poor service.

I had expected this item to be express delivery but there was a delay in the stock coming into store which delayed dispatch date. I was not proactively informed of this and had to chase up where the parcel was. Unfortunately the delay resulted in a birthday gift being delivered almost a week late which wasn’t great.
