“I had expected this item to be express delivery but there was a delay in the stock coming into store which delayed dispatch date. I was not proactively informed of this and had to chase up where the parcel was. Unfortunately the delay resulted in a birthday gift being delivered almost a week late which wasn’t great.”

“I purchased a gift for a friend in the UK on the occasion of her 30th Wedding Anniversary. The gift arrived without any Gift Card or idea who it was from. I specifically added a gift card to my order.”

“I had requested delivery on 12th. It did not arrive. I had left a note on front door IF OUT DELIVER NEXT DOOR NO 33. I had several emails with GLS and Kk design When the delivery arrived 5 days later.an O K mug was in oieces due to complete lack of packing. .”

“Just received my wine glasses but there is a black mark on one of the glasses and it does not come off. It seems to be a fault in the glass. I am a little disappointed thx.”
