“Website experience is seamless and items arrived as described. It said delivery 1 to 2 days, just to note this is after dispatch which for some reason can take a few days.”

“Kilkenny shop has a good range of irish products and some non-irish too all at reasonable prices. I would prefer if it focussed exclusinvely on Irish products and more original design. The cafe is very good too. Online shopping is good but I find the products are over-packaged - a lot of bubble wrap to make up space in a box that is too big for the items purchased. This could be improved and would likely save money for the company.”

“Good selection of Irish-made products of good quality compared to Made In China junk. Nice as gifts and souvenirs. The prices are commonly similar to the out-of-factory prices, so check for their offers to get a better deal. They don't have in-store pick-up/click-and-collect which is a bit of a shame”

“A lovely bag. However, I didn’t know that this bag is also available in the next size up - I would have selected the bigger size had it been advertised on the website (I have rechecked the website after seeing the bigger size in the shop but it wasn’t on the site).”
