“ordering was easy. Tracking shipment was updated. Chocolates were yummy - a little soft from summer heat (could put in insulated bag). Would have given a 5 star but there are no sizes on the coffee mug I ordered. It only holds 10oz.”

“The Kilkenny shop is one of my favourite places to shop, in Person or on line. I love the coffee shop too so when im in town that's my go to. I recently purchased I. Store on Nassau street but also on line. I often buy gifts and love the way the products are presented when I buy in person but find the presentation poor when I buy on line. I recently sent an email highlighting this to customer service.”

“Loved the Dublin shop! Lovely sales associate & delicious cafe. Online not as great….charged a different price than advertised & ticketed. Wrote to Customer Service 3 times before they credited me 4 euros.”

“The only reason I dropped a star is because of the packaging, I bought 2 small bracelet charms and they arrived in a large box big enough for two pairs of trainers, just thinking of the environment, other than that delighted with item and speed if delivery”
