Ordered four bottles of Christmas scent delivered, supposedly by GLS, after four days of GLS having no package delivery notification I contacted KILKENNY DESIGN and then told they were being sent by An Post with no explanation. When the package finally arrived they were four bottles of completely different scent ,not what was ordered,no explanation and no apology. Disappointed would be an understatement.

My Order has not arrived. I have reported it to A Post & your customer services department. It was due to be delivered to me on 20th of November. Very unhappy at present & am hoping for a positive response.

I returned my order as per instructions via Chatbox. This was incorrect information. The parcel is now lost and I’m £100 out of pocket. I called customer services twice to talk to someone and on both occasions was promised a call back. I’m still waiting. Email replies are slow. Found the whole experience very frustrating and stressful.

I never received a return response. The items were beautiful sent as sympathy gifts they came perfect. But when are friend went to hang the plaque the ribbon broke and it broke all over the floor.

I had a missing item in my order and wrote an email about five times for help in sorting the situation out. Nobody bothered to come back to me. In the end I gave up and swore not to use you again. I certainly won't be recommending you to anyone I know.

I still haven't received my item purchased weeks later. I think at this stage I should get a refund so that I can buy something else somewhere else. Such bad service I would not recommend using your service.

I ordered a nomination bracelet from here because it said you get a free starter bracelet with it. I didn’t receive anything. I had ordered soap too which came all damaged I can’t even gift it. I contacted customer support who dismissed my complaint and said to go to my nearest shop if I want.

Delivery arrived .. improperly packed … heavy Xmas candles had crushed other items that now can’t be given as presents . Immediately sent emails to 2 different addresses…with fotos & received not even an acknowledgement. Rang customer number yesterday.. no call back .. Really stressed … have ordered for Xmas from KK shop for years and no issues until now . Can someone please call me and sort this issue.. 0861303517 ..

The jewellery was fantastic value but the presentation box for the necklace was a shambles someone had tried to repair it there was black sticky glue on the front and white tape with metal sticking out couldn’t close the box x

Great product but extremely bad delivery & customer service. I was hipping a product to US, had paid extra for faster delivery but the delivery date for still missed by a few days. When I mailed/called i was just informed that they can't help it, there would be no refund of delivery fee as it's not their headache. Even calling did not help. Not ordering from the again.
