I am pleased with the product itself, as I have purchased it before from another source. However, I would like to mention my experience with the customer service at Kilkenny Design. After placing my order, I noticed that the shipping address was incomplete despite providing a full address. I called the customer service number provided in the email confirmation, but the representative was unhelpful instructing me to send an email instead. Despite sending an email requesting an update to my address, I did not receive any response. After more than a week had passed since my order was shipped, I visited the post office to inquire about my package. With the help of a post office employee, I was able to locate and retrieve my parcel. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be purchasing from Kilkenny Design again.

bought the cream Lennon Courtney swing coat in a size large after trying on a medium in the Kilkenny shop. The coat arrived in very crumbled condition and there were two light grey stains either side on the bottom of the coat. the sizing was also strange, the large having alot more material and it sat funny on relative to the medium size I have tried on in store. the return had to be paid for,l with An Post, however the refund was quick. I was very disappointed with the way the garment arrived, crumbled and creased, considering the €200 price tag. I was also surprised that the cost to buy it in store was €240, while it was €200 online

I bought the initial chain. I couldn't believe it when I opened it. It was SO tiny, it was like something you would pay about €3 from a Chinese website. Paid €54.00. I wouldnt haven't have minded if it had said how tiny it was in the description. And when I emailed the company they just said its a standard size, ot is not. So be aware before you buy this.

Website offers free delivery to the uk, when placing the order I was not told that I would be hot with £63 tax charge for importing goods into the uk. Please be careful ordering from this website of your in the uk.

They shipped expired products with no fragrance and some empty I bought 80 pieces of Max car air frshner and they duped rhen when I complained they asked me to ship the useless items back with my money again, pls do not shop online with this company , they are liars Don't let them steal from you.

Customer service just left a bad taste over their handling of my emails requesting help. Basic services should have given me an immediate response that customer service was closed and unable to answer my questions. Instead shipping department shipped order despite my immediate request for customer service help. Subsequent emails were inconsistent on the facts and not helpful at all. Finally they ended up “ghosting “ me.

The two pairs of earrings I ordered totaled to about 150 euros and they were not worth the money in the slightest. The first pair, tear drop shaped gold plated earrings, are hollow around the back - the photos and description made them appear to be a fully solid tear drop. The second pair, silver linked chain earrings look very cheap in person, I expected them to be of much higher quality and be sterling silver, the earrings quite literally look and feel like plastic. I won't wear them out. It's very disappointing as I've loved jewlery from Kilkenny in the past but these were both huge misses and due to their return policy I was out 150 euros, not able to return them.

I was actually appalled at your customer service. I received an item damaged,’. Customer service was shocking to say the least despite numerous emails as you cannot get to talk to anyone. I ended up cancelling the item and buying it elsewhere. It was Kilkenny designs fault the item was damaged and couldn’t care less or try to help in any way. Therefore I will NEVER buy anything there again

Was in newbridge store today with my mother. Purchased a lovely gift but imagine our surprise when she was asked if she wanted a PAPER BAG at a charge. What are you meant to say...no, and walk around a shopping centre with your purchase on full display? Even the poor young shop assistant looked embarrassed. You pay enough for the gifts in store without this added extra. No other shop that I am aware of charges for paper bags...won't be rushing back there soon.

Repeatedly rebuffed by customer service. Very dissatisfied with the entire process. Be wary of any order you placed. Customer service will change their story to their advantage and will not help you. Find another source for what you want. This company is totally inflexible!

Do not buy anything from Kilkenny Design if you live in the US and might need to return/exchange it. The return shipping is on YOU (very expensive) and then Kilkenny Design refused the package. Ultimately, it was returned to us by Irish Customs (apparently there is an additional customs charge which Kilkenny Design didn't mention when I contacted them in advance of sending the package) and I was out $70 in shipping costs. What a waste and now I have a $250 men's jacket that my husband cannot wear.

After 3 weeks still no product Yes, I know you blame customers blah blah but if every purchase made from UK is going to be held up in for weeks and judging by reviews it is EVERY PRODUCT Please take UK shopping faculties away from your website this would avoid reputational damage

No not buy from this company if you reside outside Ireland They don’t make you aware of futons charges resulting in products being held for weeks and in addition an extra charge to release them

Parcels leaving the EU can be charged by customs, this is a government regulation that was introduced after Brexit.
