Still waiting for my order to arrive and have not been given a proper tracking number.

I had a terrible experience. The price listed for the purse was $167 Canadian. Shipping was $20 U.S. (approx $28 or $29). However, my credit card was charged $234.93. When I emailed to ask how this could be, customer service told me it was the bank's exchange rate. There is no way a bank exchange rate would add an additional $39 to the total. (Then when the package arrived, there was a bill for an additional $45 in duty, as well). I refused acceptance of the package and was told I would be refunded when the package is returned. I hope this happens in a timely matter.

The quality of the necklace was very poor and the box came completely battered. I had to buy a separate box to put the necklace into as it was a gift

Dissappointed with quality of lennon courtney bowls received. Circumference of both are all chipped. It possibly happened in transit as delivery boxes were badly damaged when rexeived (photos available if required).

Entered 3 separate gifts to three different recipients but all three were sent to one recipient. If I had done 3 separate orders I wouldn’t get free shipping. Frustrated…I now have to get that one recipient to send the other 2 to me and then I’ll have to separately send these. What a mess and drawn out affair!!!

This was my 2nd and likely my last purchase. I emailed customer service regarding both orders and have not received a response in either case. The first order came with packaging damage to a gift item. Although customer service did not respond to my emai, they did send a replacement box. Regarding the second order, I asked to return a heavy statue, the quality of which I am not happy with. I thought Kilkenny would provide a return shipping label. Because of no response, I looked into returning it with USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL. Cost for me to return it myself is more than what I paid for the item. Online vendors usually provide return label service. I can't support acompany that does not support me.

I wanted to buy local recently in killarney willing to spend more for a leather jacket in person and candle. Went to pay at the counter, got asked did I want a bag (!). I said yes of course, then the cashier proceeded to charge me for the bag so I walked out leaving all the purchase over 100 euros behind. Ended up buying a similar jacket online instead. I am happy to pay a premium to shop local but to be expected to pay for a paper bag too is uncalled for. I will no longer shop in the kilkenny shop for this reason

BUYER BEWARE, we purchased some Waterford Crystal from Kilkenny Design and when it was delivered we had to pay £55 in duty and other expenses which made a purchase that was reasonable to being expensive, why advertise your wares in the UK and not give the correct prices.

Hi Paul, I am sorry to hear that customs were applied your parcel. Parcels leaving the EU can be charged by customs, this is a government regulation that was introduced after Brexit. Customs apply for orders over the £135 and this is detailed at checkout where you must agree to this notification in order to continue with your order, apologies for any frustration you have over this. Placed order for 1 item on 22nd December and it did not arrive till 20th January. I understand Christmas delays but not this.
