Great product but extremely bad delivery & customer service. I was hipping a product to US, had paid extra for faster delivery but the delivery date for still missed by a few days. When I mailed/called i was just informed that they can't help it, there would be no refund of delivery fee as it's not their headache. Even calling did not help. Not ordering from the again.

Only 3 of the 5 items were correct. I wrote to complain directly and no response. Poor service when things are not right

Disappointed as when I ordered my Ayu product it said there was a free gift. The gift was in stock for sale but was not sent with my order. I contacted Kilkenny via chat and was told I would get a reply in 24 hours. No reply.

The item was scheduled to be delivered more than 6 weeks ago. All I am able to find through the tracking number is that it has been sitting in Louisville Kentucky for pick up. I have attempted to contact both Kilkenny and UPS to report that it is at the wrong location, it need to go to Spokane Washington. All I get for an answer is : it is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow between 1:45 and 3:45. I have gotten this staement 6 times already as has the person it is supposed to be to get it and still nothing. I have requested it be resent and still nothing. At this point I will never recommend your company due to its lack of concern for your customer

My order is stuck in Philadelphia at UPS office since September 10th. Kilkenny rep says there is nothing they can do that I have to contact my local UPS office - but I don’t have an office any besides I paid Kilkenny Shop for this order they have the relationship with carrier not me. I paid for this to be delivered to me - I feel like I’m on my own.

I was promised, by your employee, that my order would be here for the date it was need. It was not. Your website said 1-2 days delivery for Ireland. It was not. Item had to be returned, & then I had to follow up on my refund as it wasn’t processed!

Ordered a bracelet from Kilkennt Design on 11th July, money was taken from my account but I never received it. Contacted you on 29th July to see what happened they said I'd put the wrong address on order. I'm not sure if this was correct as I've only lived at this address for the past 32 years and order from different companies every week and never have had an order gone missing. The girl I spoke to said my order would be sent out again but to my dismay yesterday as I was checking my bank account, Kilkenny Design has refunded me my money. No idea what is going on as I've ordered from this company before and never had a problem. Would definitely not recommend Kilkenny Design to anyone.

Lovely shop, great variety of items to choose from. My very 1st order was delivered by An Post and the whole experience was amazing. Now shop have sales,so decided to buy 3 items in total for presents. How dissapointing to see a shop like Kilkenny Design are using such a low rated, horrible delivery partners to like GLS? My parcel is missing,with 3 items in it and marked as delivered by your delivery partners,seriously? Nobody's from GLS wasveven close to my address, but market parcel delivered?!

I was extremely disappointed when I received the order. It was suppose to be a gift and it was just dumped in the box. It arrived in a jiffy bag with no insert bag, no gift wrapping etc. So disappointing that I couldn’t use it as a gift.

Poor customer service. I bought a pair of earrings on June 15th, my last day in Dublin. The post on one earring is damaged. I have sent information and a photo of the earrings. Your Team responded that they would be in touch within 24 hours. I never heard back. I am now paying to have them repaired. Beware of purchasing jewelry from this store.

I had a terrible experience. The price listed for the purse was $167 Canadian. Shipping was $20 U.S. (approx $28 or $29). However, my credit card was charged $234.93. When I emailed to ask how this could be, customer service told me it was the bank's exchange rate. There is no way a bank exchange rate would add an additional $39 to the total. (Then when the package arrived, there was a bill for an additional $45 in duty, as well). I refused acceptance of the package and was told I would be refunded when the package is returned. I hope this happens in a timely matter.

The quality of the necklace was very poor and the box came completely battered. I had to buy a separate box to put the necklace into as it was a gift
