My daughter in law whose heritage is from Ireland. I was so excited for the Easter holiday to surprise her with a box of chocolate $50.00 later the Candy WAS NEVER DELIVERED. I DONT KNOW IF I GOT SCAMED BUT I AM VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED

Unfortunately the earrings I ordered were not the earrings delivered to me. They were bought for a birthday present. I would think twice before ordering from Kilkenny Design again.

Order #440016620 Tracking UPS 1ZE77J710438919032 placed order 3/20 today is 4/7 I even called Dublin customer service but rep disconnected the call. I just gave her my name and order #. She disconnected. What is going on with package? And why would any reputable company disconnect a call. I was calling from NY, USA at 6:42am. Unbelievable.

1ZE77J710438919032 order # 440016620 placed order 3/20/26 today is 4/7 and still not received. sent numerous email about my package being stuck in customs. got two responses stating company is looking into. called dublin customer service today and connected with Lauren, as soon as I gave her my order number, she disconnected. are you for real?

Ordered a 2023 Waterford Christmas ornament and the parcel arrived without the 2023 disc, which was the purpose of ordering this ornament. Customer service offered me 20% off or I could return it. I’m very unhappy with this purchase.

Horrendous customer service. Don't ever expect to get your items!! I bought a single hat for my fiancé on December 8th and it is now January 18th and I STILL don't have it. It took over 2 weeks for them to even ship my item!!
