“I had a terrible experience. The price listed for the purse was $167 Canadian. Shipping was $20 U.S. (approx $28 or $29). However, my credit card was charged $234.93. When I emailed to ask how this could be, customer service told me it was the bank's exchange rate. There is no way a bank exchange rate would add an additional $39 to the total. (Then when the package arrived, there was a bill for an additional $45 in duty, as well). I refused acceptance of the package and was told I would be refunded when the package is returned. I hope this happens in a timely matter.”

“Ordered a nomination bracelet and two charms from Kilkenny online. The charms were for two different people and forgot to order gift boxes, gone on the online chat line to Danielle and she put the boxes in for me. Wonderful service. “Dissappointed with quality of lennon courtney bowls received. Circumference of both are all chipped. It possibly happened in transit as delivery boxes were badly damaged when rexeived (photos available if required).”

“Entered 3 separate gifts to three different recipients but all three were sent to one recipient. If I had done 3 separate orders I wouldn’t get free shipping. Frustrated…I now have to get that one recipient to send the other 2 to me and then I’ll have to separately send these. What a mess and drawn out affair!!!”
