“Delivery arrived .. improperly packed … heavy Xmas candles had crushed other items that now can’t be given as presents . Immediately sent emails to 2 different addresses…with fotos & received not even an acknowledgement. Rang customer number yesterday.. no call back .. Really stressed … have ordered for Xmas from KK shop for years and no issues until now . Can someone please call me and sort this issue.. 0861303517 ..”

“My order was handled quickly and easily but I wanted an electric setup for U.S. connections, was told it only came with U.K. connection. I had to buy the U.S. electric directly from Belleek (30 euro) after being told by Kilkenny Design that it only came with U.K. Won't be shopping here again.”
