“I placed an order on the 4th of May but did not receive any tracking info so I emailed to enquire on the 8th of May. I received an email back on the 11th of May informing me that one of the products I ordered was out of stock and my order would be sent that week. I waited until the 26th of May as I still had not received my order and it was passed the agreed upon time. I emailed again and received an email that day saying again that it was out of stock but that it had been dispatched on the 26th of May. My order was finally delivered on the 28th of May, 24 days after ordering which is unacceptable, especially within Ireland. I was not offered a refund or partial refund even though this was far beyond the timeframe my order was promised.”
