“I think the costs you have to pay in addition to the shipping costs for Switzerland are not clearly declared- That makes the costs extremly high. With the products I`m very happy..”

“This was my 2nd and likely my last purchase. I emailed customer service regarding both orders and have not received a response in either case. The first order came with packaging damage to a gift item. Although customer service did not respond to my emai, they did send a replacement box. Regarding the second order, I asked to return a heavy statue, the quality of which I am not happy with. I thought Kilkenny would provide a return shipping label. Because of no response, I looked into returning it with USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL. Cost for me to return it myself is more than what I paid for the item. Online vendors usually provide return label service. I can't support acompany that does not support me.”

“The glasses arrived safely in new Zealand and were much appreciated. The only thing I forgot was to put in the code for the 15eu off voucher . I think they took longer to get there than the higher postage rate. Thanks”
