“I was happy with the main items that I ordered, however the information on the website is unclear with regard to free gift with purchase. It is not clear which offers are currently active, there is no end date.”

“Received items, no problem with them. However your packaging needs to be looked at. Few very small items delivered in a massive box with far too much padding and packaging. Such a waste.”

“Great experience. I bought earrings for my grand daughter. They arrived in a beautiful box and gift bag making the gift even more special. The earrings were beautiful and a quality made.”

“I did have to pay some import fees, sadly they are always a bit higher with UPS than CanadaPost but such is life. The quality of the product is really nice and it is really comfortable. Shipping was quick. Mind your size if you order a flat cap. Hats are hard to order online IMO. Mine had a little trop in the dryer, just a tiny bit to make it fit better :D”

“Ordering from the US , not good . Jacket was too small . To return US postal service , $40 with no tracking , $75.00 with tracking . UPS return over $100 so I sold the jacket locally for a $50 loss . You need to update return prices as I did check your website before ordering .”
