“Order #440016620 Tracking UPS 1ZE77J710438919032 placed order 3/20 today is 4/7 I even called Dublin customer service but rep disconnected the call. I just gave her my name and order #. She disconnected. What is going on with package? And why would any reputable company disconnect a call. I was calling from NY, USA at 6:42am. Unbelievable.”

“1ZE77J710438919032 order # 440016620 placed order 3/20/26 today is 4/7 and still not received. sent numerous email about my package being stuck in customs. got two responses stating company is looking into. called dublin customer service today and connected with Lauren, as soon as I gave her my order number, she disconnected. are you for real?”
