“This was the first time I ordered from Kilkenny but definitely won't be the last. They offer an amazing selection, easy ordering and the delivery was incredibly fast for international delivery. The earrings I selected are absolutely beautiful. Great service!!”

“My daughter bought me a cross body bag for my birthday in June and by August the closure on the bag had started to rip so I returned the bag to Cashel store and was met with a lovely lady who told me I could exchange for another bag or whatever I decided to get. There was no hassle about exchanging. She was so understanding and professional. A great service. Will definitely go back.”

“Very disappointing order arrived late I was going away to a birthday party had not arrived had to buy another gift I did ring customer service when it had not arrived explained to person on phone needed it for next day apologised got it dispatched but still didn’t arrive on time when it had not arrived following day could not get through to customer service went to messaging service instead as phone lines busy but they were unable to help have had ordered previously fro here and no problems but would not do so again there was an offer of free postage when I ordered but have preferred to pay for delivery and have received it in time”
