“The item I purchased online and received was perfect but the packaging was extremely disappointing, there is no branding on the box of the bracelet and considering it is a gift for someone else I am disappointed. I contacted customer service by email but unfortunately no reply. The products from Kilkenny Shop are all beautiful, I have purchased items previously and never had any issues but on this occasion customer service is not up to scratch”

“I was promised, by your employee, that my order would be here for the date it was need. It was not. Your website said 1-2 days delivery for Ireland. It was not. Item had to be returned, & then I had to follow up on my refund as it wasn’t processed!”
