“I am always very impressed with the quality of the goods which I buy from Kilkenny Shop and with the service I receive from your customer service. The only thing I have an issue with is the amount of packaging which is used. I think you need to source smaller boxes for smaller purchases. I received one diffuser refill in a box which was approx 2ft long x 1 ft deep x 1 ft wide. There's always way too much packaging. I know you want to prevent things from breaking, but it's truly overkill. Loving your products. Cathy.”

“I was disappointed with the packaging you used for the delivery of my purchases. The cardboard packaging for example on Disney children's socks was crushed. It is unacceptable to simply use a plastic bag to deliver such items. Also the delivery time was double that advertised”

“Incredibly slow delivery. I ordered something for a present for my mum' birthday and it said express 2 to 3 working days delivery which would have arrived on time. Instead it wasn't even dispatched until the 4th working day. I contacted customer service who got back 2 days later to say there was a back log and it has been dispatched now. This is not the first time dellivery has been very slow so I wouldn't order something I needed within a week again.”

“Very pleased so far with order shipped to US. They are gifts so most have not been opened but arrived safely packed and intact. The felt Christmas ornaments are charming, well made and larger than expected. Atlas Cedar essential oil is beyond expected - lovely scent. Thank you, Ireland, for making our holidays special!☘️💚”

“Your rep Cian was extremely helpful. Unfortunately wax jacket I purchased was brown and not olive as per your website. I’m disappointed to see that it is still listed as Olive on your web site even though you have been informed of the error”

“Hi, I tried to amend the order slightly after placing the order (only about 1 hour after placing the order). I spoke to a rep at the company, who said he would amend the order and call me back. He didn't call me back and the order was processed as is. All I required was a slight change to the order, i.e the colour of the glasses in one box.”

“I always love shopping with Kilkenny, their range of Irish made goods is excellent. My original order this time got lost in transit but when I contacted Kilkenny they had the issue sorted in less than an hour and I received my order within a few days. Great customer service!”
