“I ordered lots of gifts. They are all lovely. I bought several crystal vases; 2 aprons (one I kept myself); 2 Wexford strawberry deodorants, which smell amazing; and several boxes of cards with beautiful designs on them. They all arrived in perfect condition and arrived quickly. I will definitely be purchasing more items. The only caveat is that the courier company left the package beside my shed, even though I was standing at my door waiting for the courier to hand it to me. This frustrated me as it was a big box, fragile tape written all over it, and inclement weather. I complained to the courier company though.”

“My problem with this order was not the products themselves but the shipping box packaging. The candles (in their own boxes) were wrapped in bubble wrap and they were fine. However, the shipping box was twice the depth of the amount of candles and there was no packing (paper, shredded paper, bubble wrap) to fill up the empty space. As a result, since the package was going internationally to Los Angeles and the box was half empty, it was smashed and sagging in from the weight of other packages in the shipping process. Some of the tape was opening up on the top, so it was a wonder that the actual candles weren't lost or falling out. Next time, fill the whole box up with something to keep it from caving in. I have never received a box where it wasn't filled up.”
