We do make it clear in our terms and conditions that delivery is to the door of the building on ground level. We do not have liability cover to be in your property.

“Excellent service. The product was exactly as described, and delivery was very rapid even thought it was just before Christmas. The driver communicated with us very well prior to arrival and was very helpful getting the fridge off the lorry and properly installed. After sales service was also very good: we noticed a piece of trim was missing, and only a few days later a new piece arrived. Brilliant!”

“This has been my second order from Kingdom Appliance. The service I have recived has been second to none. I was contacted after I placed my order with a delivery date that suited me. I reicived a phone call the day before the delivery date with a delivery time slot. the driver was very helpful and did not leave until I inspected the good and was satisfied there were ok. I am very pleased with the appliances, they were as discrided and in excellent condition. You cannot beat the price on Kingdom's appliances. I shall be ordering from them again.”
