“Brilliant! I was unsure to begin with as I didn't know of this company, but they were very helpful. they kept me informed of my delivery, and the delivery drivers were very friendly too. I haven't used the appliances yet, as we are refurbishing a property, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and use this company again.”

“We are having a lot of problems with the dishwasher, my husband says he thinks the door is not aligned properly and we think the interior is of poor quality. It isn't kingdom's service, more the dishwasher.”

“Excellent trader. Unmarked new washing machine at very cheap price which was delivered at time stated. Only slight criticism was manual in plastic bag was covered with green mold!”

“Purchased a graded fridge freezer and although I was apprehensive of how marked it would be, there was hardly anything wrong with it and as it was a built-in appliance, nothing showed anyway. Delivery was very good, I was kept up to date with when delivery would be and also phoned the day before to confirm am or pm. Also the delivery driver called me approx. 1 hour before delivery. Delivered it into the garage as I requested and waited while I unpacked it to check for damage. Very good company with very good customer service.”

“Good value appliance delivered in accordance with their timescale. Don't expect "next day" unless you pay a premium and thats fine if it suits your needs. Always ready to advise and answer any queries. So overall a very good experience.”

“The goods were as described, and a good price was given as we ordered 3 appliances. Delivery was on time. We only installed the appliances 2 weeks ago and they are working fine. However, the fridge freezer does not have an ice box although it was delivered with an ice cube tray!”

“This was the best service I have ever had. I ordered it on Tuesday evening and it was delivered by six am on Thursday. I was informed the day before of the time slot, which was a 2 hour slot. Normally you have to be off all day because they cannot give you a time. I would recommend this company to all my friends. Excellent service.”

“The oven is very noisy when it is on. It sounds like the grumbling and whirring noise of the fan operating. However, the oven gets hot quickly and cooks at the correct temperature for a fan oven (even though this oven was not described as a fan oven). The oven cooks more quickly on the right-hand side though, so I always have to turn the dish 180degrees halfway through to try to get the food more evenly cooked. Overall, this oven was not too expensive and it was fairly good value for money.”

“Purchased a cooker. It was delivered within a week of the order being placed. I was advised of the day of delivery. Delivery was a little later than indicated but delivery driver kept me informed of progress. Cooker works fine but I still burn the cakes!”
