“Delivery man insisted I take the packaging to inspect for damage. Pointless as a visual inspection would take time and the only way to prove operability of appliance is to plumb the dishwasher in. If there are concerns of damage this should be checked at the warehouse not at customer home in 30seconds or so.”

“Kingdom Appliances have been very helpful and speedy over a problem I have with an AEG dishwasher developing a fault. The problem is with the AEG Favorit F55502V10 not with Kingdom Appliances. The product has developed a faulty top wire basket - keeps slipping down on one side, now the machine has developed a fault that error codes i40 which means too many problems to diagnose! This issue is important to note about the AEG product. Also the rack layout, by the way, is a real backward step from the previous AEGs we've had - they can't have done any customer research with real customers and real sized plates, mugs and glasses!”

“The service I received was EXCELLENT. Every query answered and staff were so accommodating, polite and helpful - ensuring that I could get my delivery on a specific afternoon. They rang back when they said they would (no mean feat these days). Cooker ordered Monday and delivered on Wednesday of the same week - all for £19.95 delivery charge. I ordered a brand new AEG cooker and paid £200 less than I could find it anywhere else - brilliant! I will be recommending Kitchen Appliances to everyone I know.”

“This item was chepaer than other providers but was reconditioned rather than new. It had clearly been washed (badly) on the back but to their credit, I returned it with the driver and received a refund without any fuss! However, it should be clearly stated on the website if a product is not new.”

We clearly indicate in red text whether or not an item is new or new-graded i.e. ex-display. An email confirming what you have bought is also sent. We cannot legislate for those that do not check and read what it is they're purchasing.
