“I used Kiwi for the first time a few months ago and was really impressed with how smoothly everything went from start to finish. The flight was far better than other airlines that operate short journeys around Europe. The staff were friendly and professional, which made the whole experience more enjoyable. What really stood out was how calm and organised disembarking was passengers only stood up when asked, making it a much more civilised and stress-free way to leave the plane. Downloading the app helps a great deal with all the relevant information you need to know about your flight. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely be flying with this company again.”

“My flight from Batman to Istanbul was cancelled due to weather conditions, which caused me to miss my connecting flight to London. Kiwi.com were immediately contactable by phone and through the app, and they responded promptly to all of my questions. They managed to credit my account for the cost of the missed connecting flight, which allowed me to book an alternative flight the following day. Everything was handled quickly and without any additional cost to me.”
