“Reis was goed georganiseerd, ik vind alleen gek als je iets boekt en het niet door de vliegmaatschappij wordt gehonoreerd dan krijg je meteen je geld weer terug, kunnen jullie niet eerst bij de maatschappij kijken of de plaatsen vrij zijn voor je betaald. Je denkt dat je geboekt heb en later blijkt dat je weer opnieuw kan beginnen.”

“I was a little worried because it was my first time using it, but I was able to use it without any problems. On other sites, you might not be able to use the coupon even if you get it, but this one gave you a discount right away, which was great. This time, I was issued a ticket without any problems and the flight was all completed online without any changes, but I think the true nature of travel agents becomes clear when a problem occurs, so after reading other people's reviews, I wonder if I should use them while thinking about the risks?
