“I found competitively priced flights and the app was easy enough to use for tracking details and knowing what the next steps were. I did have an issue with a flight connection being moved and Kiwi provided a compensation payment that covered an alternative - The only issue was the original flight was never cancelled and it kept flagging up as an issue. It made me a little unsure the alternative had been sorted but it had, it just would have been clearer for the first flight to have been removed. I would consider using Kiwi again.”

“The company was legit and offered us the best rate for our trip. Iberia Express flight attendants were exceptionally rude and disrespectful to all passengers. Never flew on that airline before, and probably won’t in the future.”
