I booked 2 flights for my daughter's from Pakistan to Moldova and one part of the flights were cancelled meaning they would have to wait in Turkey for 3 days which would of caused a lot of problems so I was given the option to cancel and I payed for the assisted cancellation options which said they would help me with getting a refund within 3 months that was 9 months ago and I still haven't received any refund or response I would advise anyone who is booking anything to avoid kiwi.com AT ALL COSTS

No customer care at all. if something goes wrong with your trip you are on your own. There won’t be any refund

Exactly the same as every other review. Booked flights for some of my staff during pandemic. All cancelled - since applying for a claim I have so far received £140 out of £1,300. Kiwi.com blame the airlines and then try to justify the fact that they do not use your payment method nor your contact information when they book the flights for you - seems strange that the airlines let them do this in the first place to be honest. If I was an airline I would want to know the contact details of all the people on the plane and know I can communicate with them regardless of which agent the used. Anyway. Suffice to say Ryanair and Easyjet cannot access the bookings made with them via kiwi.com by me because they do not know who I am as they use their own credit cards and emails when making bookings on my behalf - to be honest it's a good scam which has taken something like this pandemic to highlight it. Rest assured contact from Kiwi.com will basically say - thanks for your patience we are waiting to receive refunds from the airlines. Yet if you booked direct with the airline you would at least have credit by now in most cases. Online Travel Agent Highwaymen/women ... anagram of Csntu. Will never use again

They cancelled my flight and only gave me £20 refund. They still owe me £170 after 8 months. This company is a scam never use them again.

It's a scam, don't buy your tickets there. They will suddenly increase the ticket privé after payment. Or they will say yoir flight is cancelled. Both are lies, no flights are cancelled nor privé increases. And you will never receive your refund. Also they have fake positive reviews on trustpilot.

This was our reality when Kiwi.com incorrectly booked our family flight a whole month early, a mistake we discovered only at the airport. Picture the scene: two small children, aged 1.5 and 3.5, bewildered and restless, as their parents grapple with the shock and scramble to find a solution. Kiwi.com's solution? A convoluted alternative that turned our direct journey into an arduous trek with an unnecessary layover and an overnight wait in a cold airport. Promises were made – hotel accommodations, food vouchers – yet none materialized. There we were, a family stranded, with our children sleeping in our arms, shivering in the cold, their comfort and safety compromised. The additional financial burdens, from unexpected baggage fees (promised to be refunded but never were) to out-of-pocket expenses for meals never compensated for, added insult to injury. I regret using this website; it's a scam company. I booked a return ticket for my mother, who is over 80 years old. Unfortunately, she fell sick and was unable to travel on the departure date. I asked Kiwi if I could buy a new departure ticket and keep the return ticket, but I spent two days without any result. They said if I don't use the departure ticket, my return ticket will also be canceled. I advise against using this scam Kiwi.com.

I needed to add another email. You would imagine this to be a simple task ? I tried for days everything that the FAQ's and chatbots suggested. None worked. All I got were circular suggestions and advice to swap from either FAQ to chatbot and vica versa. I needed to speak to a human to sort this simple problem out. My trips showed that I had none - though I had paid for one. Thus I could not check in. It was absolutely impossible to talk to a human. I will never use kiwi again !

I had the worst experience with Kiwi. I bought a plane ticket with them and the money was charged from my account. I also booked a bus to the airport as it was in another country and the hotel. But when I was on my way to the airport, they cancelled my plane ticket, just a few hours before the flight! It was devastating, not only did they waste my time but also money since I had to travel back again to my country. When I asked them to refund my bus tickets and the hotel, they refused to do it. As a result I lost more than 500 euro because of their fault. I would not recommend it to anyone as they are a completely unreliable company!

It will be our first and LAST experience with Kiwi.com. After we booked our flight within 48 hours we received a notification that one of the flight was canceled by the carrier. Upon Calling the carrier (Morocco airlines) we were told that on the same date of the booking there were no PNRs on our name( SCAM) . Then they send us rebooking alternatives for additional 600 dollars to rebook either that or cancel the booking and won’t tell us the refund amount. When pressed they tell us that we may not refund u at all (mind you they are the one cancelled the flight) . When asked for a customer care contact in india (worlds most populous country) they surprisingly don’t have a contact and apparently we should make an international call to the UK to get this thing sorted. So overall - we should pay for rebooking or cancelling the partial booking for the flights THEY cancelled!! And they ensure u can’t reach out to them by asking us to call International.

I canceled my flights from one destination to another. The airline gave Kiwi.com the refund as I was in contact with the airline, and Kiwi received the refund back from the airline and still refused to give us the money back because they said I took the basic package. Imagine? They accepted a refund and still not giving the cash back or at the very least giving me a travel voucher? Day light robbery! Never book with Kiwi.com

Kiwi is a scam Kiwi is a scam! Do not book through them, only book through the airline. If the airline cancels they will not refund you. It is nothing more than common thievery. They will tell you you have to go talk to the airline who they have booked the tickets under a different name. They were not even able to provide a full refund of the cancelled flight much less a connection on the same airline. Never use them unless you want to be defrauded.

CHEATERS I booked a connected flight on june 2023. 1 day after my booking kiwi sent a mail regarding the flight has been cancelled, and that I have to pay extra money to book a new ticket. they blammed the airline company and promised me they will reimburse the highest amount for the ticket. Actual ticket cost me 5600 TL, new flight cost me 8800TL total flight cancellation with istanbul-izmir is around 16.000TL. The only reimburse they gave me is 898TL! THEY ARE BEYOND OF CHEATERS. THE MOST WORST COMPANY I HAVE SEEN, NEVER EVER I WILL BOOK WİTH KIWI AGAIN, JAVİD THERE SUPERVISOR CALLED ME AND SAID HE WOULD NOT HELP AND THAT I CAN DO WHATEVER I WISH SUCH AS REVIEWS OR LEGAL ACTION. HOW RUDE, WHAT A LAME COMPANY THIS IS. NEVER EVER BOOK WITH KIWI!!

I wish I can rate them zero. Zero help from customer service. They booked two separate flights when I tried to fly from NY to Vilnus, So I had to get out of terminal, pick up my bags and check them back in, of course I end up paying twice for extra bags. When I asked customer service two weeks prior that flight about this issue, they told me they cant do anything, this is the way they book their flights. Even after explaining that this is not normal and I will be paying for the bags twice, they offered me to but bags from kiwi for 400$ per bag, They are out of their minds there, bag cost more then an airplane tickets. Bunch of crooks, do your business elsewhere. There is a reason they sell cheaper - they will lie to you and you end up paying more anyway. Use expedia or orbits - at least they will try to work with you or give you options if something goes wrong

ITS NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR! The WORST travel agency EVER. Please do not book anything with them. It's an absolute SCAM. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE save your time, money and nerves. They lie to their customers, cancel flights on your behalf without your permission, and then refusing to provide you details regarding your flight. After all, the only resolution they find it's finding you alternative flights for additional $1200. They are just making money on you. PLEASE AVOID THIS AGENCY AT ANY COST! Do not let them fool you! The worst agency ever, they just steal your money, the customer service the very bad and they don't even listen to you. I got kiwi guarantee, and they let me alone middle of night. They gave alternative flight with 26 hours including 2 transit and buss, instead of my direct flight. Hahahah and thy refuse to refund my money back, I asked to talk to a supervisor and they also said he is not available. Just swindlers. Not recommended

This has to be one the WORSE companies I have ever come across. Please please please AVOID. I booked a flight and purchased extra luggage which they charged me for it, and then a day before my flight they informed me that my luggage was not included and had no explanation for this accept claiming that I apparently logged in the app and changed the flight details which is complete RUBBISH! They advised me to purchase luggage at the airport instead which I did and had to pay double the amount because it was at the airport. They agreed that they will refund me if I did purchase extra luggage at the airport, I sent them receipts like they requested and they came back saying they will not issue me a refund and they STILL charged me for the first luggage I purchased when I booked the flight. They are a fraud company and even at the airport the staff said they always get complaints about this company and to advised to not book with them again. This will be the first and last time I ever book through them. Please be CAREFUL they will scam you!
