I booked my trip thorough Kiwi.com, a UK regulated online travel agency, but on arrival to the airport, my booking was not recognised by the airline and they refused to check me in, so I am currently stranded in Nepal. Kiwi have told me this may be down to “a system error at the airport”, but have so far offered me zero support, even though my booking and contract is with them and they are the UK regulated online travel agency, that I booked through. I have explained my position and asked them to meet their obligations and find me an alternative flight home. If they are unwilling to this, then I will pursue damages against them and advise anyone to just book directly with an airline when taking a flight.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, do not buy any tickets with them! I have a flight that changed the time schedule, Kiwi.com was noticed 4 days before and did not communicate me, when I had the opportunity to change my plan with no additional costs. I figure out the change in the day of the flight and I had no availability to the new time schedule. Kiwi.com said that was not possible to refund or pay me another ticket in other flight company, because it was the flight company's fault, which proved that Kiwi.com was noticed earlier. So, Kiwi.com did not care and said it was nothing to do about it.

Don’t use KIWI Don’t use KIWI, you will regret itI took out Flight disturbance with KIWI costing $947 and when I went to use it KIWIs atrocious customer service kicked in . Firstly claimed I didn’t have the insurance . Then claimed that I actually flew on the flight in Question . Will never use KIWI again and advise everyone else not to . The worst customer service imaginable. They lie , they distort facts . They do not honour their purchases . pay a little bit more and deal with reputable travel agent . Pay a little more but you will have peace of mind . When you book with KIWI you cannot then deal with Carriers direct and you the. Get bogged down in pre mentioned atrocious customer service . Good luck trying to call someone .TRAVELLER BEWARE

Do not use this web site, they just steal your money!!!!!After 15 I still do not have my ticket and my money.The only prove is the transaction of almost £900 they do not reply to you to the email and there is no other way to contact them.SCAM!

Ticket bought from Athens to Cancun . 3 planes to change , they cancelled the first plane and they changed my baggage allowance to a lower level without asking me!!! One month before departure I am trying to solve the issue and no way to find a solution!!! Trying to contact by phone they I haft to pay again for the luggage! Try to contact complain department their answer was irrelative and wrong ! Now I have send a complain to 3 different departments in case i found a logical solution !!! I should have a compensation because of all the time I have spend and stress because of u!!! Chaos !!!

the company website says they are hackers. they truly are. We thought we were booking directly with the airline, on the airline's website and all of a sudden we find out that we booked through this dodgy company customer service non existent. will charge you so much for change of flights even though it is not your fault and even though the airline actually offers free re-booking. stay away if you don't want your holiday to be ruined.

I’ve been waiting for a refund a month now and the airlines told me the money as been refunded on their end but kiwi says they can’t see it. They travel representative repeat the same thing over and over. They marked my problem as urgent but I yet to receive a refund. They are a thieving company.

Hier niet boeken!!! Beloven dat je je booking 24 uur van tevoren kan annuleren en geven dan uiteindelijk € 10,- van de € 600,- beteaalde euro's terug. Om het overige geld terug te krijgen vragen ze een kopie van alle paspoorten. Geen idee of hier zorgvuldig mee om wordt gegaan. Gezien het feit dat ik uiteidelijk een geld terug heb gekregen ben ik bang dat deze voor andere doeleinden zijn opgevraagd.

Complete scam. Took us off our flight and told us it was cancelled when it wasn't (it was just rescheduled). After we pleaded to them to not take us off the flight as we wanted to be on it they ignored us and did it anyway. Took months to get a refund and they took about $1000 off when we did finally get it. Lied to us several times, horrific at communication. Horrible experience. Definitely just book directly with the airline.

I recently had an awful experience with Kiwi.com, and I feel compelled to share my story so others don't fall into the same trap. I booked a flight through Kiwi.com using their "Saver" option. Unfortunately, I made a mistake and selected the wrong month for the same date I intended. Realizing this just 30 minutes after booking, I immediately contacted Kiwi.com to request a cancellation. Typically, airlines allow cancellations within the same day with minimal charges, so I assumed this would be a straightforward process. To make matters worse, I even confirmed with the airline that they would have canceled the booking with very minor fees had I booked directly with them. However, since the booking was made through Kiwi.com, the airline couldn't assist me directly. When I reached out to Kiwi.com, I was shocked by their response. Despite contacting them within 30 minutes of my booking to request the cancellation, Kiwi.com flatly denied my request. They refused to refund my money or even offer any reasonable solution. Their rigid and heartless customer service insisted that the entire amount would be lost. It felt like they were deliberately keeping my money without any intention of helping. This is how Kiwi.com cheats passengers — they take your money and show zero flexibility or willingness to help, even when mistakes are reported immediately. They hide behind their so-called "policies" while pocketing your money and leaving you stranded. Beware of Kiwi.com! Their business practices are completely unfair and dishonest. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, do not book through Kiwi.com. They are only interested in keeping your money, even when a simple error could be resolved with minimal charges. I will never use Kiwi.com again, and I urge others to stay far away. Don’t let them scam you as they did me!

I booked a big tracel we saced a lot if years. We wanted to go to our daughter before we are to old. I booked and paid 4900 euro.s a employer told me i can cabcel the booking and set a new date we had a lot of fly bookings but must change 1 date fir a hospital appointement. Yes you can he said. And i did and list all my money all our savings!!!!

I had a frustrating experience with Kiwi. They don’t offer live chat support, and I found their call center in India unhelpful. I was expecting to be registered online to receive my onboarding pass, but the next day, I received an email stating they couldn’t register me and that I would need to do it offline at the airport. They promised to refund my expenses, so I submitted all the necessary documentation. Instead of a refund, they canceled my booking on my way home. I highly recommend avoiding Kiwi!

They’re scammers they met you pay twice for your luggage, they tell you to book the luggage with them. But they don’t book it with te travelagency. I had to pay again on the airport 3 times the amount that i’ve paid them when I booked with them. And when you show them de receipt they pretend that they don’t understand it and that they need a receipt that looks like the ones in europe. How can you expect that when you arrange flight to all over the world. To be short and clear they’re scammers!!!

I bought tickets with premier and flexible, I mean paid extra. After that, I changed my booking due to some change of planning. Seems to me everything was okay as there was no issues upon changing ticket. The same day, my plan was changed and cancelled my ticket, it was a big shock for me that they offer me $10 dollar refund, I call the customer, they are well trained for this kind of issues, realized I am not the only one in this scam. I am paid extra for to change any unknown things happen, but they are not only trustworthy but also fraud. They are doing there business wrong way, they are strong because they operating this fraud business from somewhere in the corner of world. So please book through airlines or registered agent not this kind of online fraudsters

It has come to the notice of authorities that many unregulated companies are using clone websites to target citizens and hence it has issued a warning to all consumers not to deal with any unregulated companies and not to be lured by their false propaganda of unrealistic returns on investments, and not to fall in their trap. Their advertisements can be mouthwatering, but at the end of the day they will run off with your capital too. Thanks to Aixa Ltd .COM they helped me recovery my lost funds from KIWI, i paid $16,000 for ticket at KIWI. com and they stop responded to my mail and call when it is time to make a move but with the helped of Aixa Ltd . c o m i got back my money with the help of this team.
