“I booked a flight for myself and friends and the day my flight was I end up in hospital with a heart attack I contacted kiwi and told them about what happened they basically told me it’s not there problem and F O in a nice wording Such a horrible experience I would never book with them again and I wouldn’t recommend anyone booking with them”

“My flight had a "minor delay" of 24hours! They did not bother notifying me. In fact, on the morning of they sent an automated email reminding me of the flight with booking number, flight time and flight number. When I got to the Airport and didn't see my flight on the screen display, I called Kiwi.com. They just said sorry we don't normally notify for minor delays. Terrible! will never use again.”

“**Exceeded all my expectations! 💚** Kiwi.com appeared exactly when I needed it most. I had to organise a last-minute solo trip, and the other platforms I tried kept letting me down. I decided to trust Kiwi.com and, honestly, it was the best decision I could have made. It was my first time booking an entire trip through an app, and I was genuinely impressed by how simple and stress-free the whole experience was. From the moment I booked until I arrived back home, I always felt informed and supported. The app is extremely intuitive, well organised and easy to use. What impressed me most was the constant communication throughout my journey. I received useful notifications about my flights, reminders, schedule updates, boarding information and even details about the departure gate in advance.
