Its OK until you want to get refunds, a loop of constant AI bots, and agents that read the same script and don't even bother to investigate the situation, its like talking to a wall that's going in circles. Never working with them again. Im not a one time buyer, i used them to buy tickets for crews to fly and work abroad, all was fine until it wasn't. DO NOT RECOMEND|!

Kiwi.com turned my 1-hour layover into 17 hours overnight — then charged me for cancelling and refunded me SGD 4.48 (I paid SGD 442.99). They call this "Voluntary Cancellation" after ruining your trip. I paid SGD 442.99 for a specific flight itinerary arriving on 2 April. Without my consent, Kiwi.com added an extra stopover city and pushed my arrival to the next day — making my entire trip unusable. The layover which was supposed to be 1 hour in Jakarta became 8 hours 25min in Jakarta + another 9 hours in Denpasar (total of 17hours 25min). I had a pre-booked diving expedition that departed at 07:00 on 3 April and I had no choice but to book replacement flights out of my own pocket the same day. When I disputed this, Kiwi called it a "minor disruption" and a "voluntary cancellation." They charged me €150 in cancellation fees (€30 per flight for 5 flights) — including a fee for a flight segment they added themselves. After paying SGD 442.99, I received only SGD 4.48 as a partial refund so far — less than the price of a bus ticket — with the remaining balance still unresolved after weeks of correspondence. My total loss: SGD 888.88. Their response was almost entirely AI-generated. When human representatives finally responded, they were equally unhelpful — showing no empathy for my situation or financial losses, and continuing to insist on charging me disproportionate cancellation fees for a mistake they made. When I cited their own Terms and Conditions proving this was a major disruption, their position remained unchanged. I have since filed a credit card chargeback and a formal complaint with their own named mediator, OnlineADR.cz. Book directly with airlines. If Kiwi changes your flights and ruins your trip, do not expect them to take responsibility.

Price increase WITHOUT notice Writing to warn about Kiwi, extremely disappointed and misled. I found a flight from Stockholm to Cairo for 22,818 SEK via Momondo. Throughout the booking, the price was displayed as 22,818 SEK. It was only AFTER the payment was processed that I discovered I had been charged 29,221 SEK, without any warning or notification. I was charged 6,403 SEK (approx. $600) more than the agreed price. I called customer service immediately to resolve this. They promised to investigate and call me back, but I received ZERO follow-up. Therefore, I was forced to travel at a price I never consented to. This is a predatory and misleading pricing practice. If you value your money and honest business practices, DO NOT book your ticket via Kiwi. I am still waiting for a response from them, as well as a refund of the 6,403 SEK difference. Until I do, I will never recommend this company and I warn others to stay away.

After buying a ticket through Kiwi.com, I was asked at check in to pay for a checked bag I'd already paid for. Having no way around it, I paid again it, and then spent hours trying to get Kiwi to refund that extra fee. Kiwi refused to believe I had paid it, saying the receipt was not explicit, even though it had the baggage code on it. Kiwi did not seek to resolve he issue with the airline, and sent me to do that. The airline did not respond either. Kiwi confirmed that I had done nothing wrong, and yet refused to pursue the matter further, say sorry I had to pay that fee and thanks for bringing it to their attention. I'm not even sure I was ever dealing with humans, and it was somewhat sickening to be apologized to by AI, with the problem not being resolved. Kiwi said they were just following company policy. I'm still out 90 Euro thorough no fault of my own. There's a serious lack of professionalism and ethics in this company - be careful.

I was a little worried because it was my first time using it, but I was able to use it without any problems. On other sites, you might not be able to use the coupon even if you get it, but this one gave you a discount right away, which was great. This time, I was issued a ticket without any problems and the flight was all completed online without any changes, but I think the true nature of travel agents becomes clear when a problem occurs, so after reading other people's reviews, I wonder if I should use them while thinking about the risks? That's what I thought.

Pure scamers. They cancelled our return flight a week before departure. That flight had 2 transits, but only first part of it was cancelled due to circumstances, the rest was cancelled because kiwi.com decided to do so without justification. They sent me like a 60% of what my return ticket was worth, promised that it is only partial and they will send me the rest. Also they kept telling my partner that she will receive her refund soon, but recently changed their mind and decided to say that what I was refunded is actually for both of us (quarter of the price of return tickets). Three months later and they keep deleting previous messages asking same questions and having three versions of what is happening all that just to make sure they do not have to refund our money. I am actually taking this to the court as it is a pure scam. On top of that their assistance is THE WORST, these people sit on these chats to ruin your day.

Мне нравится это приложение, та как тут легко ориентироваться по заказу билетов и по прохождению регистрации перед вылетом . Я уже несколько лет в этом приложении и цены тут очень нормальные и скидки есть в скидочные дни!!!! По воскресеньям можно словить очень хорошие билетики !!!! Благодарю за вашу работу и старания нам везде путешествовать!!!!!

Most unfriendly and unresponsive company. Booked flight tickets through them and flights got cancelled by airlines due to prevailing situation. Been following up with kiwi, no response. Airline mentioned that all refunds done to third party providers like Kiwi and we must follow up with them to receive it. No one has the courtesy to respond from kiwi despite infinite mails and messages on their app.

A very disappointing company, I have not received my refund for more than 50 days, very poor communication. When my flight was cancelled to Dubai because of the Middle East crisis, and the next flight was from Dubai to India, everything that they suggested to me as an alternative to India was to fly via DUBAI under bombs to catch the second flight to India! Saying this is the only alternative while all other companies were cancelling flights via Dubai. They have had so many lawsuits already and need to be closed with such policies.
