“My flight was rescheduled by the airline by 7hrs triggering my statutory rights under UK261 Article 8 to a full refund. Kiwi has refused this refund despite me quoting legal chapter and verse and in its response to my claim has repeated and deliberately misstated my legal position, trying to make me agree that my request for refund was voluntary whereas, in law, for a delay of over five hours it must be treated as involuntary. I strongly advise having anything to do with this company”

“I travel a lot and that is the first time i use kiwi.com to book my ticket. I cancelled my roundtrip ticket and asked for a refund they made me wait 3 months just to tell me that they will not refund anything. Dont use this app it is so disappointing and unreliable. Their customer care is below 0 star no humans all Ai”

“FRAUD ALERT: Kiwi.com withheld my refund and lied to the bank Wizz Air confirmed they sent my refund to Kiwi, but Kiwi denied it for weeks and tried to block my chargeback by lying to my bank. Only after providing the bank with written proof from the airline did I get my money back. They are unprofessional and dishonest.”

“Found kiwi while I was stranded in Mexico because Frontier canceled our flight due to the storm and then rebooted everybody on one flight and me on another claiming they didnt have any more seats then I started searching and found one on kiwi for the same flight smh I was skeptical at 1st because I never heard of them but yess now I love it.”
