“On a positive note: We successfully travelled on an itinerary created with Kiwi. Thankfully we paid the extras offered, because some of the flights were changed several times and the itinerary compromised more than once. Nevertheless we could solve it with Kiwi. What can be improved: After we had arranged the trip we found out another way to our destination which would have been simpler but it wasn't showed through the app. Some of the connections were very tight (around 1 hour), and very stressful to get to board the planes. I recommend to plan with more time between connections.”

“Booked a flight in Colombia through Kiwi. The flight was cancelled at very short notice - we had already arrived at the airport. No alternative was offered and we had to book with another airline. Kiwi claim to have submitted a request for a refund which was refused by the airline. They refuse to take any furtgher action. Clearly a huge scam. Under no circumstances should anyone use this booking agency”

“Cheap flights compared to other airlines or flight agencies and always an easy app to navigate on. Very customer focused. I’ve only had good experiences with them.”
