“I have nothing but good things to say about using the app. I’ve bought tickets through them three times in the past year. On one occasion, I failed to confirm a change in departure time made by the airline and couldn't check in for the return flight as a result, but a company representative sorted it out in just five minutes. They’re great!”

“It increased the flight tickets’ price when I was just about to confirm purchase, supposedly due to the air company’s change of prices. I used an alternative site and there were no “last minute increases” of price for the same flight tickets”

“They couldn't book my flight within their suggested time period. I asked the customer service chat if I could be refunded to original payment method to which they said yes, only to be paid in" Kiwi Credits" which are of no use to me. 1 star is an overly generous review. Their prices are higher than going direct to airlines and they are impossible to communicate with.”
