“A completely scam site for ticket booking. They will show you one price and just after final payment click they will show a new price and if you touch anywhere in the screen, will automatically debit the overinflated "new price" from your credit card. I booked the same way a overpriced ticket in Philippines Airlines in Bangkok-Manila sector. Only to find out at the check in counter that the overpriced ticket doesn't includes a checkin luggage booking. Whereas Philippines Airlines is a full service airline with complementary 30 Kg check in baggage allowance.”

“I have never used kiwi.com and I don't think I ever will. But, it does come up a lot on platforms like kayak and skyscanner, usually with very low prices. Until you go through the process, to find out they the price has gone up by hundreds of £ at the end. And this happens all over these platforms. Why hasn't kiwi.com been removed??”

“Absolute disaster, flight from air Asia has been delayed ex Phuket this will result in missing connecting flight. Soooo frustrated dealing with their help centre staff who couldn't give a flying F..... About customers. By far the worst travel booking platform I have ever used. Don't bother with their add on insurance it's completely useless too. Regards One almighty unhappy traveller”

“I tried to book an internal flight in Japan assuming that the ticket would be confirmed immediately. Almost 24 hours later and Kiwi says that they cannot confirm the ticket due to "technical issues" between them and the carrier and they can only issue a 90% refund. I have requested a 100% refund as I need to book connecting flights as well but they keep sending me the same system-generated message. AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE AND DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.”

“DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I got my flight 2 days in advance, they messaged me assuring everything was fine and going good. They took my payment instantly but to get it back I have to wait 12 days. 13 hours before my flight they cancel it. So guess what? I have to pay $600 now because i waited on this website. I am now down $900. I'm trying to save you a headache. I never write reviews but I had to for this one.”
