“Wizz Air changed my London Luton → Venice flight, significantly affecting my trip and non-refundable accommodation. I contacted Kiwi and dealt with Nathan, Victoria L. and Ruxandra, but received very little practical help. Kiwi told me to contact Wizz, yet when I tried, Wizz showed “Logged in user must be owner” because Kiwi controls the booking. I’ve been passed between Kiwi and Wizz with no proper resolution. Extremely frustrating customer service. I would think twice before booking with Kiwi.com.”

“В приложении легко купить билет, но с нами произошел неприятнейший случай. Я не получила посадочный талон ни в приложении, ни на электронную почту. Это произошло ночью за 6 часов до вылета, у меня был шок. Это моя первая покупка в kiwi и я не знала, что мне делать. Я написала в поддержку, мне быстро ответили и в письме отправили посадочный талон, сказали, что отправили в приложении и на почту. Но я так и не получила талон и хорошо, что я сделала скрин из письма, иначе могла не улететь. Проверяйте посадочные талоны внимательно.”

“Beställde en resa som blev inställd, ville ha pengarna för resan tillbaka men blev nekad fast det stod att man skulle få tillbaka dem, blev tvingad att beställa en resa för att de pengar som jag redan betalt inte skulle ligga kvar, mina pengar som hålls som "gisslan" för att man skall vara tvingad att använda hos Kiwi. Känns som om det är något som Kiwi gör regelbundet.”

“I found competitively priced flights and the app was easy enough to use for tracking details and knowing what the next steps were. I did have an issue with a flight connection being moved and Kiwi provided a compensation payment that covered an alternative - The only issue was the original flight was never cancelled and it kept flagging up as an issue. It made me a little unsure the alternative had been sorted but it had, it just would have been clearer for the first flight to have been removed. I would consider using Kiwi again.”
