“buvo jungtinis skrydis Ryanair ir Wizair aviakompanijomis, todėl pasinaudojau kiwi.com platforma. Skridome 6 asmenys, nežinau kaip kiwi.com užsako bilietus per Ryanair.com per kažkokia virtualia sąskaitą kurios duomenų aš neturiu ir registruojantis į skrydį ryanair prašo nurodyti iš kokios sąskaitos buvo apmokėjimas nes visiškai nemato mano užsakymo, todėl į skrydį reikėjo registruotis oro uoste ir sumokėti 55 eurus x6 asmenys, viso 330 eurų papilomai. Kiwi.com tik pažadėjo persvarstyti šį klausimą ir savo atsakomybės neprisiėme už šią klaidą. Būkite atsargūs pirkdami bilietus per kiwi.com”
