“Unfortunately I lost my money on this time bookink a trip with Kiwi.com. I buy three tickets to ryanair company. The kiwi send just two checking on-line to ryanair. I contacted with ryanair they said the trirth are not allowed to sell ryanair travel tickets. I was payed in the airport £55 and complained to kiwi they answered they sent to ryanair and no results for me. One sent me to other always. I'm very sad because apparently the tickets are cheap but the companys are playing with us.”

“Muy mala experiencia con Kiwi.com. Compré un itinerario completo con varias conexiones y cuando uno de los vuelos fue cancelado (AD 9055 – Río→VCP), Kiwi.com no brindó asistencia, no ofreció alternativas reales y me dejó totalmente varado. Tuve que comprar un vuelo nuevo por mi cuenta para poder llegar a mi conexión internacional. El reembolso que ofrecieron fue ridículo (178 €) y no devolvieron ni siquiera los asientos de emergencia que pagué aparte (145 €), a pesar de que el tramo cancelado nunca se realizó. La atención al cliente fue lenta, confusa y nada resolutiva. Me dejaron sin respuestas, sin opciones y con gastos adicionales que Kiwi.com no cubrió. No recomiendo Kiwi.com. Mal servicio, mala gestión de cancelaciones y nula responsabilidad hacia el pasajero. Estoy iniciando reclamos formales y acciones legales para recuperar mi dinero.”

“Checked a flight I wanted direct with airline and then compared same with Kiwi. Apprehensive as never used before but no need to worry. Booking process easy and cheaper than the direct airline! Very easy to print off boarding pass too if you prefer! Excellent site.”

“With everything going wrong at the airports right now, you expect agents to handle things better, NOT KIWI! I booked a one way out of desperation after missing a flight due to TSA delays, within the hour, I CANCELLED because my airline waitlisted me. They failed to process refund only to reach out to Frontier and they expressed willingness to refund if KIWI can get in touch with the right booking email (since my email does not show on their system). I forwarded the email communication and I hope they do their work! Waiting ......”
