I paid for insurance on a Copa flight so I could change the flight for some reason and they didn't do it for me and they don't have a phone number to talk to, they didn't answer my emails or refund my money.

Worst flight booking company. Please do not use. I booked my ticket and they gave me no checked luggage. I contacted them to add checked luggage and they said there is nothing they could do and would not refund me when I tried to cancel it.

Feels like a scam, lost 560 EUR becuase of aitrline cancelled the flights, never got my money back, donot recomment to anyone! Customer service is as bad as it can get- they are polite and all, but not willing to give you any solutions, unfortunately, I didnot read the warnings before and lost some of my money, but hopefully most of people do some research before purchasing any tickets through them, so they avoid throwing away theitr money.

Terrible experience, lost my money and my flight Terrible experience They are thieves; they commit fraud and ask for extra money. The customer service doesn't answer your questions. The custumer service doesn't exist. Never take a ticket with them. They cancelled my flight and asked me to payed more money for buy another ticket. Very very terrible, bad, poor travel agency This travel agency should be close Is not a travel agency is a fak travel agency. Never buy a ticket I promise to you i d'oesnt law and it's good for you to never never ever buy a ticket from this fak agency

I book a flight from Heraklion to Athens for 25 August 2024 at 08:30 with Sky-Scanner, the ticket was for my mother. I paid 220 euros. After some minutes, you send me an e-mail that you did not manage to book my flight and you will return the 220 euros in the next 10 days. So, i am right now with 220 euros less than I had before and I have no flight. So I have to book a flight with only 50 euros right now (because in my account I had 270 euros). And my mother that has to come to Athens tomorrow for a medical urgent issue will not be able because of your system. WHY DID THEY NOT TELL ME BEFORE I BOOK THE FLIGHT THAT YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK MY FLIGHT AND YOU LET ME PAY 220 EUROS??? Not only I will not use Kiwi ever again, but i will also see if the European Court can help me with this situation. I am left with 220 euros less and with no flight and my mother stuck at Heraklion with her health issue.

THIS A SCAMMER COMPANY, I have booked my flight after a week they sent me a email saying my flight has been changed,I called them saying am not happy with that change and I would like to keep my original booking or get my refund,they refused to help me saying nothing they can do ,absolutely shame on this company,NEVER EVER AGAIN in my whole life...........AVOID THIS SCAMMERS PLEASE

Although there are some unfavorable reviews about Kiwi, the times I’ve used them I’ve been more than satisfied. Cheapest options I found on-line. I bought a ticket for my daughter and when she was having troubkes about not having a return ticket by counter staff I called Kiwi, Ansley sorted it out by calling my daughter and speaking on speaker. I’d use then again.

At my very first experience and the last one. kiwi app was showing me updates and information of my return flight, following the information, I found out myself blocked in the airport cause the flight never existed. I contacted kiwi support by phone, being abroad so with international roaming, I had to call them 10 times to find a solution: other flight that forced me to stay overnight in a third country. They didn’t refund hotel / transport / food and worst not even the 140€ I spent just calling them to fix the problem

Step way and don't use kiwi.com unless you want to be robbed and left in the cold. This Kiwi.com is terrible! Booking through them will make your travel experience like unworthy! I booked two Kiwi.com booking numbers for my family of 6 people from the U.S. for our vacation in Dubai, Singapore, Chiang Mai and Bangkok, Thailand from 6-25-2024 to 7-11-2024. We had a terrible experience with Kiwi.com during this trip. Their customer services representatives were terrible with no common sense, no knowledge of self-transfer and immigration, allow too little time for transfer, left their customers in the cold overseas, only interested in their customers' money. and operated like robots and inhuman. When customers have medical problems prior to the date of travel, are stuck overseas, either for medical reasons or missing their flights due to immigration, Kiwi.com only was only interested in their customers' purchasing of new plane tickets overseas where the price was too astronomical. I will never buy future tickets with Kiwi.com again. For existing bookings, if you want to cancel them due to medical problems with doctor's order that prohibited to travel, Kiwi.com only offers an ultimatum: 1) cancel the entire trip for all parties in the same booking and Kiwi.com would return only 20 euros even though you spent close to $15,000 for the plane tickets and then rebook a new booking a day before travelling with Kiwi.com or 2) proceed with the same original itinerary, even though some of the members were not able to travel due to the doctor's order. Kiwi.com does not care. This Kiwi.com is a scam. Their headquarter is located in the Czech Republic and does not care about the logistics of their customers' well-being when travelling. All that Kiwi.com wants to do is for their customers to buy new tickets with them while overseas, to make money and to squeeze every dollar out of your pocket. When Kiwi.com gets your money, you will never see another cent refunding back to you even though we purchased AXA Plus Travel insurance offered by Kiwi.com with the premiums paid by us to Kiwi.com. I will never book future plane tickets with Kiwi.com and I will never recommend Kiwi.com to anybody for future overseas travels. Please think twice before you purchase a ticket with Kiwi.com. I will rate Kiwi.com as a 0 if the scale allows it! This is a terrible travel agency that I have dealt with in my entire life!

It is the worse site I use in all my life and it is at all not recommended due to their communication and update and site not working properly I paid triple at airport and they did not take the responsibility it is the worse site that you can use it for traveling

On 8/15/2024 we booked a flight from Tokyo to Portland after our original flight with another airline was cancelled. Little did we know the flight that Kiwi booked for us had already been delayed, yet they were completely okay with and willing to book the flight anyways and take over $2,700 for this flight. After our flight got delayed to the next day that Kiwi booked, we were no longer able to make the connecting flight in Hawaii, so we attempted to contact Kiwi and have them help us change the flight so we could make the connection. Instead of helping us change the connecting flight, they refused to help us and asked us to pay even more money to change the connecting flight, even though the original flight had already been delayed for several hours, yet they booked it anyways. Then they refuse to help us rebook and leave us stranded in either Tokyo or Hawaii, or pay them more money to fix the problem they created! They didn’t even know the flight was delayed until we tried to check in and got told it had been delayed, only for them to continue to refuse helping us. After spending hours on the phone with people who refused to help us, we ended up requesting a refund in their app, only to be told it would take up to 14 days for us to possibly receive a refund if the airlines saw fit. The airlines were willing to help us change the flights, but were unable to because we booked with Kiwi, which was clearly a huge mistake on our end. Once a supervisor finally called us back, they also refused to help, and basically said the same thing the agents we spent hours on the phone with did. They made this entire process so much more stressful and took all of the money we had to use in Tokyo to survive, basically leaving us with no where to stay, and giving us no alternative option to get out of Tokyo. We asked them to refund us or change the flight and the answer was always the same. It is disgusting that they treat their ‘customers’ like this and they need investigated.

So, no story with this joke-of-a-company can be short, but I’ll try. Basically, I was flying with my sister from Rome to Budapest where we would pick up my sister’s car and drive to Ukraine, where we live. I bought the flight on kiwi. The airline has changed my sister’s flight to the next day from when we were supposed to fly. No one informed us. We occasionally noticed that my boarding pass is duplicated and there is none for my sister. After looooooong back and forth with kiwi they said that my sister called the airline and changed her flight (I will not get into details why that was not possible) and even without any extra change! Since we didn’t find any information nor a boarding pass for the changed flight, we bought a new flight earlier the day we were supposed to fly. It’s been one and a half months since I opened a dispute with kiwi and they just disappeared after they told me some more lies and fairy tales. They said that we both came to the airport to take the original flight but my sister was denied at boarding and so i flew and she flew the next day. Here’s the fun thing. At that moment when all this was happening we were already crossing the Ukrainian boarder… So when I said to kiwi that I have a stamp in my passport proving that I did not take the original flight and my sister was with me all the time, they just disappeared. Finally, the airlines confirmed that they changed the flight but they claim they have all the correspondence with the kiwi and that the kiwi was supposed to inform us. So one and a half months later all kiwi is doing about this situation is continuing lying. I wonder why they are still alive. But, I decided that it is convenient to use their application to find a flight you need but never ever will I buy anything through them again. Joke of a company!

Trash company - even changing your passport information, a week before check-in, which means passport is not even needed yet. They charge you the ticket price for making a change. How is this even ethical?

Absolutely shambolic, very unprofessional and just outright useless. If your flight is delayed just be ready to spend your own money on a completely new booking. Incompetent neanderthals! Book with really low expectations and even then lower your expectations more.

Absolutely a nightmare dealing with these people. They have 0 info and everything they do is a massive process either call centre with people who can barely speak English with very thick accent. They will do Absolutely nothing to accommodate anything or help you upgrade your bookings. Run away from this site! Worst decision ever!

IF YOU ARE READING THIS BEFORE USING THEM.. YOU'RE WELCOME - I SUGGEST RUN WHILE YOU CAN. They botched my ticket so badly that I was stranded in Copenhagen and denied boarding because they had replaced my name with some random stranger’s. I was left in a foreign country with no help, forced to spend thousands on last minute accomodation and flights during peak season just to get home. Their customer service is a joke—COMPLETELY USELESS and unresponsive. They couldn’t care less about the mess they created. Kiwi.com’s incompetence is not just frustrating; it is actually dangerous. You risk being abandoned in the middle of your trip with zero support and thousands $$ of unexpected costs coming your way. If you value your sanity, your money, and your safety, stay far, far away from Kiwi.com. They are a disaster waiting to happen. Please don't read this and still go ahead with them as you truly will regret it.

the last time I booked something in kiwi.ssh was the last. So. I bought tickets from New York home to Riga, departure - about 23.00. My friend and I planned the day before the flight - to walk around the city and go to the airport in the evening. And then early in the morning I received a letter from kiwi that the flight was postponed to 13.00. (which meant that I needed to quickly go to the airport!!!) We started getting ready, but my friend remembered that she often read reviews about kiwi (negative, of course), and so she wrote to the airline. Guess what the answer was. There were no changes to the flight!! I never received any other letters from kiwi that the information was incorrect. The last time with kiwi.
