Scam. In what universe is it okay to take 3 months or more to issue a refund. We paid for luggage on all flights and put in requests to get wheelchair assistance for my handicapped husband. We never got boarding passages on any of out flights. Neither airline got the luggage funds or the wheelchair message and we booked way in advance. When a company cannot provide what they clearly state they can and take your money for it, that is the definition of a scam. The fact that they can't refund sooner because of high volume. The work "volume" says it all. I truthfully doubt I will ever see my refund

These people have fraudulent business practices - from selling bogus Airline Tickets to customers to inhumane customer service that's located in Bangladesh. When you wonder why you don't get a refund, it's because they tie your money on a fake (their) credit card number so when you call your airline for a refund - the refund goes to them. So the best way to get your money back is to dispute the charge with your credit card company. And remember never fly again through Kiwi.com, don't be a sucker!

I was forced to pay €220 to Ryanair because they failed to do checkin. They admited to be wrong and promised in writing to refund me in 3 months. 3 months later they stopped all communications completely. Unacceptablr business practice.

They post super cheap flights. Then when you book they don’t send any confirmation for like 36 hours and when they get back to you they say that the ticket is not available anymore and they ask for more money. Then when you request a refund they refuse and they give you kiwi credits. This is such a scam

Absolutely Terrible & They Will Not Do What They Suppose To. I tried to use Kiwi for a trip out the country. $564 dollars. My name was wrong on the reservations so i contacted them 3.5 weeks in advance to tell them this, and tell them i needed this to be fixed for my flight. They told me they would have it done 48-72 hrs before my flight. I called the airlines and they said they would change it for FREE but Kiwi, the travel agent had control of the ticket. I messaged them about who i talked to and that its free for airlines to change. Kiwi wanted to charge 45 per name change with the airlines. As ridicoulous as that is, i had to go so i was willing to do this. They said we will email you instructions on how to pay. They never emailed me, never contacted me about the ticket and never said anything to get my ticket correct. If i could give them a negative 5 i would. I have all message exchange and reciepts to back all this up. An if you wanted a refund, from a 564 ticket, they would have only given a $12 refund. Fradulent company, i would say so. So if you plan on using them, i would tell you run as fast as possible from them.

Booked a flight to PXM. The return flight was delayed 48 hours! I was notified by email and called 5x to get assistance. They deflected to the airline and said there was nothing they could do. When I got come I requested a refund and was not allowed to speak with anyone ONLY an online submission could start the process that said it would take 3 MONTHS.... Now ask yourself, would you want to work with a company that does not have any level of integrity nor assistance available for its customers and will then keep your refund for 90 days!!?!

Booked the flights. In few days time got an email, that my route to the destination requires to be ammended - after picking different route - been charged extra money. In few more days I got one more email like this, but I ignored it - and flights been showing to be ok. I had to cancel my flights in the end, and l've been promised at least a partial refund. When enquiring about the case - I've been getting emails asking to be patient due Covid. In the end they closed the case without the refund or any explanation. Money lost. More scam than a company.

Booked flights through Kiwi on 13th February to fly from Chiang Mai to Krabi on 1st March. 26th February, Kiwi tell me my flight schedules have changed and I have to pay more money for the new flight or cancel my trip and get a refund of the flights. This left me with the current situation: 1. Pay more money for a flight I did not change 2. Cancel the flight and lose 23500 baht (as of this date $774.90) on the accommodation I booked. There is no consideration as to whether someone can even pay this extra charge out of nowhere. Naturally I paid the extra to keep my holiday. When I asked customer service for a refund as I didn't change the date and it's totally out of my control, they said no because they did not change the flight. But I'm not allowed to speak to the airline because Kiwi managed the booking. When I asked the customer service employee on the phone if Kiwi made money off the extra transaction I had to pay or lose my trip, he confirmed yes they take a cut. Don't use Kiwi. They are happy to accept payment to manage bookings, but they're not actually going to take responsibility if anything goes wrong and you also cannot approach the airline once you make the booking through their platform. Their customer service told me they cannot do anything. And they just hide behind their T&Cs. I feel so let down and cheated.

Avoid at all means I agree to all the 1-star reviews, same happened to me. One of the legs was cancelled for a $4000 trip and I was offered $105 instant refund. I have also cancelled tickets directly with airlines as they offer full refunds at this time, but money goes back to Kiwi. I had a kiwi guarantee, but they claim it can take 3 months to give me the funds back to me. That's not true at all. When something looks too good to be true, it often is. I have been reading many of the 5 star reviews. By the initial review most of them appear to be fake. If you google Kiwi refund, they have a lot of negative review in media also. Update refund was requested 25/5. As of today 1/8 no updates from Kiwi even the airlines have confirm refunds. AVOID IF POSSIBLE!
