Stay away from this company! They use to charge you for changes they make and refuse to take any responsibility for the ticket. They are awfully aware that the passenger is helpless once they have already bought the ticket long ago! Lame customer service, answers are always the same, like machines. AVOID KIWI, avoid headache, save you money. 1. Kiwi customer service is quite hard to reach out to, there is no customer service line available to resolve issues. I need to type, and talk to a bot on the other side. 2. I purchased a ticket that was a cancelled flight. As a third party, Kiwi asked me to contact airline for refund directly and Kiwi said they can not confirm if they have my payment. Even my credit card payment shows “KIWI”. Different people/bots will reply when you reach out to customer support, and there is no ownership in kiwi’s customer service to assist and help. If you would want to purchase through Kiwi, please make sure you are covered under insurance or you are absolutely sure about your trip/flight, and prepared to have minimal =0 customer support. If you have to use a third-party plate form, choose the ones with customer service available in case of an unfortunate event. I personally would NEVER use this platform again! I also tell the people around me the feedback I have, and they can avoid unnecessary KIWI experience.

One star, as there is no option for no star. Please be aware of kiwi and STAY AWAY. They are CRIMINALS and I say this based on concrete evidence. I had bought a return flight through kiwi. The second part (inbound flight) was canceled by the airline. Kiwi offered no possibility for partial cancelation of the ticket, so I couldn't use the first part and board my outbound flight which wasn't canceled. Although the airline offered me free rebooking or refund in case the same type of ticket was bought on the airline's website, there was no such option with kiwi. Moreover, as the ticket was bought through kiwi, I couldn't handle any cancelation directly with the airline (as falsely stated on kiwi website), as the airline was referring me to the booking agency. After paying a considerable amount of money to kiwi for rebooking, as there wasn't other option, kiwi failed to check me in online. Despite my efforts to reach them they weren't able to explain me the reasons why their check in failed. They just informed me a couple of hours before the flight that I should check in directly with the airline at the airport and I will be refunded. I did so and submitted to them all receipts that I received at the airport (that mentioned explicitly my name, booking code, the reason for the payment, date, time, amount etc) but they refused to process the refund stating that these official documents are not valid. If kiwi staff declares as not valid and does not accept official receipts that are fully compliant with the relevant legal requirements of the local Revenue Authority they commit CRIMINAL OFFENSE.

Worst company to book your travel with I booked our trip (me and my mother were travelling to Makkah) through kiwi.com and paid £180 for extra carry on baggage for both of us. Upon our return, the flight operator told us at Madina aiport that our tickets does not have any baggage allowance. And there we were standing with 2 bags to be checked in. It was quite embarrassing and I had no choice but to buy additional baggage. I paid for 20kg baggage for both of us (10kg per person) so our luggage can travel with us. I notified kiwi.com right on the spot but they are completely denying it and iteratively telling me that their system is showing that they successfully booked the baggage allowance and I had to pay because my bags were not the right size or weight. Mind you I travelled outbound with the same bags. I have sent them photos of both cabin bags, our tickets with Turkish Airlines showing no baggage allowance but they are denying it completely and just repeating the same script that my baggage was 20kg when I have explained them again and again that its 2 persons 2 bags, 10kg each and I had to pay for all weight not just extra weight. All in all they are a pathetic company who would not accept any liability if anything goes wrong. They have ruined our trip and have left me £200 out of pocket, not to mention the stress and embarrassment we faced at the airport. Please stay very clear from this company. Pay a bit extra for quality, otherwise its going to cost you extra for the mediocrity from these people.

one star only because there is no minus-1 star!!! They are NOT authorized agents, and as a result we had to over-pay our tickets by 45%!!!! And the standard respond of their help-desk agents was "We are sorry to hear that.." and at the end they said they see nothing wrong on their end!!! Keep far-far away!!!!

The worst provider ever. I will never do the same mistake . I have made a multiply booking with Flexi Insurance, At the beginning, I spent 45' on a call to understand why my booking reference is not recognised from AIR ASIA (5 fligyht was all under same air company) Air Asia rescheduled the flight by 5 hours without notice (and in fact, it wasn't the flight that was rescheduled; they just kicked some passengers out of the flight-perhaps because someone paud more for the same flight)and I received an email for another flight with different flight number with 5 hours later from my scheduled one and I have no right to change or reschedule my flight than to walk in the airport at Air Asia counter The booking reference wasn't recognised by AirAsia or their KIWI app when I finally created an account and logged in!!!! And wasn't editable either to add on luggage, etc. It was just like it didn't exist as booking I fell sick in the middle of the trip, and they didn't reschedule my flight .Their response was that KIWI.com is not responsible for health issues . Honestly, it Sucks from every aspect: communication, customer service , price , application . After this experience, I will really think a lot before I book even Air Asia flights . To book through KiWI not even a chance I don't understand the extra money that I paid for Flexi ticket if is only to change it before the first departure NEVER AGAIN

Kiwi is one of the worst companies I have ever delt with! They used credentials other than mine, got me stranded in the Las Vegas airport for four days! I was treated like a criminal I have never been so humiliated in My life! The level of dishonesty is unbelievable. They offered me a $20 voucher for future travel seriously? I pray nobody else gets this kind of treatment for trusting a business. They need to be put out of business

Fly away but not with KIWI.com Fly away! I'll go in english cause it seems to have more impact and they respond in english to french or any languages comments anyway! So respectful prewritten respond... Anyway one of the flights of my trip has been cancel. the transporteur texted me a link.. i click on the like it's an AI that tell me it can change the fly for free no worries! So i do it but i can't get the confirmation mail! because KIWI is blocking it and sending me mail and message to tell me to change my flight through them but the want me pay for a new flight accualy... I'm still fighting with them apparently the transporter knows and they are now refusing to assit me (Even that i've paid for the premium Kiwi assistance) because i've change my flight through the transporter but still blocking their mails to me... First and last time with kiwi their behaviour regarding their own customers is pathethic and criminal! They play on the fact that the peoples who book those cheap flights can't complain or sue to get their money back. I'll let you put your own word on it....

Very terrifying experience. They changed my flight and the options were literally double the price and double the time. If I choose the refund they will not fully refund me and I have to wait for 3 months for my money. What is this?????? Do not use their service... Pay a little more somewhere else and get a guaranteed flight and service.

I was robbed of $637.12 by Kiwi.com earlier this year. I had a 3 flight itinerary- 2 weeks before departure, one of the flights was delayed by several hours which made it impossible to make the connecting flight. Kiwi offered me alternative itineraries for an extra ~$300 charge! None of these worked for my timing so Kiwi.com customer service said to cancel, and I would be refunded, then to re-book. Kiwi.com has ZERO partnership with the airlines and got me ZERO refund. Even though I cancelled 2 weeks before departure!

I was just scammed out of $500 trying to book a flight from Medellin to Pereira. The flight dates that I booked ended up being something that I had not picked and after I paid the booking confirmation showed a completely different dates. I called back immediately upon receding the booking confirmation to tell them that they made an error and they said that per their policy they couldn't help me and could adjust or fix my flight dates. I lost $500USD. Stay away! They are professional scammers.

My next flight got cancelled while I was mid-air on another flight. I found out when I landed. Kiwi refuses to refund and they are asking me to mediate and referee between them and the airline in order for the airline to refund them and then they refund me. This is not my responsibility since I have nothing to do with the airline. I bought the tickets from Kiwi. Making it extremely hard and refusing to refund the money.

The worst. All in all i booked tickets for Israel 20-22 of October, before the war even started. When it began, i contacted them asking for a refund as there is a war and nobody would want to fly there, they advised me that the airlines do not offer refund. So i went ahead and paid 30 euros extra for the kiwi insurance, and then i therefore requested for a refund (before the flight got canceled). So the flight gets canceled and they therefore tell me i am not eligible for a refund because i requested for one before the flight got canceled!!!!! Thieves! Never ever ever again!!!! Zero understanding with regards to the situation thats going on in israel right now! Who wants to fly to a war zone??! Ridiculous!!!!

Never use this company, booking directly with airline might be the better option, my mother had to buy another ticket as her connecting flight was delayed and she couldn’t contact kiwi.com to notify them before booking another ticket to get home and then called the next day and the have just washed their hands saying it’s her problem she needs to make the flight. She was given a 1 hour window to get from domestic to international in Sydney and that time frame for anyone isn’t realistic. How are they able to state as “best buy”? It’s almost impossible without delays. This company and many like it need to sort their stuff out and there needs to be a policy standard set in place for them to be able to operate because it’s criminal and not cheaper as you need to buy other tickets

I would rate -5 if is there. Kiwi is outrageous and ridiculous. I was not notified the about flight change time . They still keep saying they sent me notification. my flight was preponderance and I did not know . I have no notification before 24 hours even. Kiwi did not communicate with first party well. This agency will be shut down by government. I will file against it. I was not getting refund for miscommunication between fiesta nd third party. I paid 6 times more , bought new ticket for next day and waited on airport for entire day

The airline canceled our flight and they don't want to make a full refund for the round-trip as all, they just refund the first flight, how can I take the second flight if no first flight !!!! Stupid, and we in a war situation and they not helping us to get our money back because of the cancelation they made.

Most bogus, crooked, and conning travel website I ever had to experience. SCAM 1: While booking, they let you believe you are 100% covered by their "Guarantee" - nothing can ever happen, we got you covered, no problem ever, BUT you are never covered! :-) . SCAM 2: A while after booking confirmation is done and settled (beware of SCAM 3: they never issue Booking Confirmations from the airlines, but only their own), they tell you "Some Major Changes Happened But It's Not Our Fault The Bad Airlines Did It".: They present some many hours delayed (in my case 17hr) flight connections, and you lose even a connecting flight ("Sorry But Not Our Fault") - It's so bad that you actually can not travel as initially booked. SCAM 4 is offered: Option 1: "Hey, We Found Beautiful New Routes and Flights for You, of Course Guaranteed no Problems this Time, for ADDITIONAL Cost of Only the Same Money That You Paid Initially. Please Pay Here SMILE". Option 2: "Get 1/5th of Your Initial Payment Back To Redeem In The Next Booking With Us - No Real Money Refund Of Course". Option 3: "Get a Refund from The Carriers With Our Quick Expedite Service Help for Only 20 EUR But That May Take 60 days And Maybe You Do Not Get The Refund At All" . Option 3: Try To Get A Refund From The Bad Carriers Within 90 Days, But Hey: You Might NEVER See Any Money of It At All, And Maybe The Carriers Carry Charges for That Refund, So Better Do Not Do That Option". You get the picture of how shameless, crookedly and deceitful KIWI.com operates? They purposely temper your booking (because nothing is confirmed yet with the airlines) and try to coax you to buy new offers from them, or at least keep your initial payment without giving any service back. I lost about 300 Euros to Kiwi.com. But I know of many many many others who fell for these KIWI crooks and bandits and lost thousands of Euros or Dollars.

CHEATERS I booked a connected flight on june 2023. 1 day after my booking kiwi sent a mail regarding the flight has been cancelled, and that I have to pay extra money to book a new ticket. they blammed the airline company and promised me they will reimburse the highest amount for the ticket. Actual ticket cost me 5600 TL, new flight cost me 8800TL total flight cancellation with istanbul-izmir is around 16.000TL. The only reimburse they gave me is 898TL! THEY ARE BEYOND OF CHEATERS. THE MOST WORST COMPANY I HAVE SEEN, NEVER EVER I WILL BOOK WİTH KIWI AGAIN, JAVİD THERE SUPERVISOR CALLED ME AND SAID HE WOULD NOT HELP AND THAT I CAN DO WHATEVER I WISH SUCH AS REVIEWS OR LEGAL ACTION. HOW RUDE, WHAT A LAME COMPANY THIS IS. NEVER EVER BOOK WITH KIWI!!

Nunca elijas esta aerolínea, la pobre, la peor y la estafa aerolínea y sitio web. El peor sitio web de la historia. Reservé tres boletos aunque los cancelé una semana antes del vuelo, pero veo en la imagen que reembolsaron solo 10 euros de 224 euros. realmente no es justicia robar el dinero del pueblo, Never choose this airline, the poor , the worst and the scam airline and website The worst website ever. I have purchased 7 flight tickets for my relatives traveling back to the Ukraine. Today, I received a notification from kiwi.com stating that one of the transit flights from Tbilisi to Chişinău (FlyOne 5F-582) has been cancelled by the carrier. Given this information, I had no option but to request a refund for a full trip for 7 people. However, when I reached out to the airline (FlyOne) directly, they confirmed that the flight is not cancelled and will proceed as planned. I am now seeking clarification from kiwi.com regarding why they sent me a wrong notification .The support team appears to be promptly handling the refund request, but there have been delays in responding to my messages. This is clearly done intentionally, forcing customers to make a refund and get nothing in return, at the same time making the same ticket available in the system to sell more expensive price. Considering that these individuals are already affected by the war in Ukraine and have limited options, it would be greatly appreciated if they were provided with support instead of being subjected to such a situation. Now when I check the same ticket in their system , they sell it twice price now and it is also confirmed by airline that flights will be operated, what was the problem then , nothing , it is just kiwi faking the notifications to let the customers request refund , so they return no money back and selling the same ticket two times more expensive to the other victims. Their customer service is an absolute disgrace - a shambles of dishonesty and outright deceit! I can assure you, I will NEVER do booking with them again! It seems they're more interested in hoodwinking customers and pocketing your hard-earned money than in delivering a fair, honest service! Beware - transact with them at your own peril! They've shown their true colors to me, and I won't stand for it! I mistakenly clicked the refund button and the system informed me that this action is irreversible; the refund has been processed and no further reimbursement can be claimed. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, ranking among the most challenging I've faced. In an effort to prevent fellow Koreans from encountering similar issues, I plan to pen a comprehensive article shedding light on the situation.

When I was buying tickets, the first option on their website was the Saver Plan, and on that same page they had a note that this plan does not offer ticket cancellation. However, on the same page, they mentioned that all plans are eligible for cancellation 24 hours before the trip, which is quite misleading, and based on that, I chose the Saver Plan, which was a more reasonable price. However, 48 hours later,( 4 weeks before the flight) due to some problems in my travel documents, I asked them to cancel or reschedule my tickets, but they said I would not receive any refund, and if I reschedule, I have to pay again for new tickets. I think they are just waiting to steal your money by playing with the words. Be away from this horrible service.

my reservation number is 416017162, I canceled the reservation as soon as I made the reservation, but the cancellation was not processed. In addition, I changed the reservation, but the reservation before the change was not refunded. When I called about it, the agent got angry with me and hung up the phone unilaterally.

I booked a United airline flight through kiwi.com from Newark to LAX on June 30th. After over $150 of transportation expenses to reach the airport I found out that my reservation wasn't valid and they told me they can't find my booking. I missed my flight and after hours of waiting they rebooked me another flight but when I got to the gate the same thing happened and I wasn't allowed on the flight because they can't find the reservation. I had to cancel my whole trip because of their incompetence. I called them to request a refund and a compensation for my transportation fees and after their costumer service promised to get me all my transportation expenses they ended up just refunding me for only the ticket price. This was definitely the worst experience I've ever had. Would never use it again and definitely won't recommend it to anyone.
