“My wife and I wanted to surprise our daughter in Manila on her birthday with a beautiful present via knots. But as we live in Denmark, it is hard to find the right supplier who you can count on and trust. With knots, we have an absolutely worry-free experience. “The bouquet arrived with flowers squished on one side with wrinkled wrappers. Some of the petals fell inside the paper bag. The ecuadorian rose is also dry already. Messaged them about the issues and there was no response at all. Sad about my experience as the bouquet was supposed to be a gift.”
