“Delivered on the agreed date. The flowers though were not that fresh: the tips of the petals of the roses are already dark; the accompanying lysanthiums were already wide bloom that their final phase was imminent...but I guess this aspect can be studied further to assure freshness upon delivery... Over all impact on the recipient was positive although the product can still be improved. Price/product ratio was a bit disappointing considering that knots products are generally in the high end of the market...I expected more freshness of the flowers...in any case, I wish you more power and drive to continue improving and promoting Philippine flora! Flowers always bring warmth and joy to the heart. Thank you.”

We have taken photos before the delivery, and all was in order, it was maybe because of the humid weather here in Metro Manila and the location of delivery was quite far from the pick-up, we will investigate this further as we take all this feedback seriously. “Website was very easy to use. Just had a small glitch when I tried to check out using Paypal. What's notable is when I reached out to customer service via WhatsApp, they were able to reply immediately. Their updates regarding the status of my order were also appreciated. Our clients were happy with the item. Cost was reasonable. Highly recommended.”

“Good thing I saw this store and to my surprise, it's free delivery to the location where I want to send it. So there, I ordered with an ease, set a time which was available on the website. D-day came, I'm glad that I messaged their customer service which I had Bench on the other end. I asked if the delivery will be strictly at 6pm-10pm which I want it earlier - I should have chosen an earlier time but its not available, but there, so accomodating and they just forwarded it to the delivery and it arrived earlier than expected. My grandma enjoyed it as she wore red dress to come along with the arrangement. Til next time! I'm gonna attach the photo that was sent to me.”

“Although there are some changes in the arrangement, Knots manage to appear it beautiful.The delivery is on time and Knots are very responsive in any changes that you may/will be requested. I will recommend it to my friends and relative”

“Definitely 5 out of 5 stars! I purchased from Knots PH for the first time and certainly won't be my last! Had a number of unforeseen circumstances and requests on my end, but Bench (the person I spoke to the most throughout) was very helpful and understanding!
