“A little pricey but you are actually paying for the service and the quality of the well-curated gift baskets! Very easy process of shopping online, adding gift cards and personalized messages. The updates via Viber on the actual packages and cards before delivery was a bonus!”

“This is my first order with Knots. I learned of them when I received KnotsPH flowers months ago, so why not give them a try. The flowers arrived fresh, on schedule, as advertised, and beautiful! I'm very pleased with the ordering process -- seamless and great communication. I received photos of my order before they were sent for delivery, which gave me confidence that the recipient will enjoy the flowers. Thanks, KnotsPH!”

“Thanks for organising the delivery with minimum fuss, and making sure it arrived. The only feedback I have is that the site couldn't automatically apply a delivery surcharge, and it would be a smoother process if it could.”
