“My Mom was so happy with the fresh and beautiful flowers, I think it lasted for more than 5 days. The card and packaging are also done very nicely. Will definitely order this again. And yes, I have recommended you to my friends. Thank you!”

“I experienced some quality issues with my order and it was a bit unfortunate because it was for my parents’ 30th wedding anniversary gift. But I reached out to Knots and they were able to QUICKLY address the issue and gave a complimentary bouquet, delivered on the same day, and that was top quality. great customer service, thank you!”

“This was my first time ordering from knots and I was completely satisfied with the overall experience. The customer journey of booking online was great with good email status update right up to delivery . It was for my bestie birthday and the flower arrangements was absolutely stunning, gorgeous and beautiful. She was thrilled with her flowers and loved it upon receiving. You made my friend’s birthday great. Thanks you so much. My one complaint was the standee accompanied the flowers should change to Happy Birthday rather than Happy Anniversary as it was stated as a Birthday gift Overall,I’m still very satisfied with the service and will definitely order again.”
